Got my first meeting tonight dreading seeing my weight but looking forward to starting the weight loss journey,so if i can be added to a Wednesday too x

Jayx2 I was disgusted when I seen my weight but it made me 100% motivated to do it.. The first weigh in is the hardest but then the only way is up. Good luck xx
 
Lost 1 and a half lb which is what i put on last week so I'm happy with that.... buttttt I didn't get to do my pre weigh in poo :brat:

I'm hoping it does the same for me! Really need a reality check & a swift kick in the ass so glad this thread is here if i ever need help along the way.x

Well done febmum! Knew it wouldn't take long for the to omen back off.

Good luck tonight jax. I didn't find the first one that bad (but Id lost a little before I started) but I swear I get nervous and sweat every time I queue up to get weighed now though. I swear I get heavier the closer I am to the scales!

Im having a mini roast dinner tonight. Nom nom. Works out at about 2 syns.
 
Can you add me to Wednesday weigh ins?? I'm not advertising my starting weight as it was so bad, but will let you know how much I lose (if any) after I've been to get weighed tonight.

Of course hun!! You don't need to tell us any weight, you can just put tour weekly losses. Would you like me to put a target in for you, eg x stone? You don't have to though!! Xxx

Hi, can you add me to the Tuesday weigh ins? S'cuse my ignorance but where is this information recorded? Is it on another thread?

Well, had my 1st day on the SW plan today - its been really easy and only slipped up at lunch time and had a packet of cheese & onion hula hoops, so only had 6.5 syns so far today :-)

Katkin the WIs are on the first page of this thread :) 6.5 syns is good but don't be fooled into thinking low syns means good losses. For the past 3 weeks Ive been eating almost the full 15 syns and still lost 5lbs but keeping it to 10 syns now. Apparently if you keep you syns low it can stop you losing well. :)
 
Just back from my first weigh in ouch! Didn't want to write it but maybe putting it down will motivate me 16s11lbs!! Disgusted! Oh well here's to a healthy new lifestyle! x
Meant to say my target weight is 12stone x

Jay, it's the start of a healthy lifestyle. Set yourself small goals and little rewards each time, like a new nail polish or something. I've achieved 4 of my small goals now and it really spurs you on.

I've updated your details hun, don't let the total amount to lose get you down hun, I put myself under a lot of pressure and it made it harder but now I just think of the week im in and I'm finding it much easier. I set realistic targets every week And if I beat them then it's amazing xxx
