Slimming world support thread.... Tips, ideas, advice and support

Sounds like you have a good plan, I'm sure you will be fine :-)

I've done pretty good, but hard to exercise when baba keeping me up all night, hourly last night, and feeding a lot today so feel lazy :-(
But i always do my long walk to aquababes on a Friday. He was difficult the other night so we had a Chinese so i didn't have to cook, but only had boiled rice and chicken in black bean sauce so only 6 syns!
 
Also loving muller lights frozen :-)

I have a massive new motivation to lose weight, don't want to discuss it to much here yet until confirmedbut check out my 'tentativly excited' thread in the gr :-)
 
Yes I saw that thread :D Eeee exciting times!

Just the walking alone will be a massive help. When I was younger my mum walked everywhere and was breastfeeding and she said the weight just fell off her. Chinese sounds yummy. I generally only like the friend stuff so have stayed well clear lol.

Me and my OH have decided to try save for a trip to Oz next year (thinking of trying to move out there so need to go check the place out lol) so I neeeeeeeeed to get this weight off. I refuse to get into a bikini like this!
 
Ive seen it mentioned alot on another forum. It's just where you make an effort to each mostly superspeed foods. So Ill make some soup to have for lunch and pick some SS veg to go with dinner. Ill probably watch my carb intake too, which I think I need to do anyway as I can go a bit mad with the pasta and potato :blush:

Luckily I've got nothing planned for the coming week so I can get my first 100% week like Ive wanted to for ages.

Oooooh I think I need to give this a go!!!

Ah I'm not in the gr, I've requested access just waiting for it to be approved. Do you know how long it takes? Whatever it is I'm very excited for you lol xxx
 
Dues anyone have any meal ideas that are carb free? Think I'd do much better if I cut them out a bit x

For carb free the thing that comes to mind is cottage pie but with sweet potato on top ( I mix mine with swede too to give it a bit of thickness) , sweet potato is in free foods but it doesn't feel as heavy

Well...WI day has come around again and Im not looking forward to it. Going for a run in a bit and did my zumba as planned. Somehow managed to stay on plan yesterday but didn't eat much :/ just had breakfast of alpen light, a babybel and a bowl of grapes.
 
Naughty not eating much but great on the exercise!

hey ladies, im chilling this week lol

im doing SW, the EE plan and have been for 7 weeks now, at first weigh in i was 21stone and 1lb!:shock:
needless to say after that i was determined to do good so after 7 weigh ins ive lost 1st and 6 1/2 pounds, hopefully i can get my one and a half stone award this week, just need a measly half pound. im stocked up on fruit and veg and mullerlights. i adore the greek ones even if they are half a syn. i also really like that new cheese lowlow. its lush. i combi feed my LO so i get a bit of leeway on the dairy side of things.

im trying not to count anything or really think too hard about things as that way its not a diet, its my lifestyle. i weigh in every wednesday evening and always stay to group which i think helps too. everyone else seems to be doing fab here :)
 
That's amazing loss! Congrats :-D

I always stay too, makes a big difference. I'm loving the mullerlight frozen, but need to buy more now lol

yeah u can do lol. i will endeavour to update after weigh ins.

i soo need an ice cream machine to put the mullers in as i like my icy things creamy lol. saying that i heard u can freeze a banana whole and then blend it when u take it out the freezer for a lovely ice cream thats syn free :)
