**September 2020 Mummies**

@chattychar1990 You're still so early on, you might go days with only tiny little movements if she's wriggled in a spot where she's hitting the placenta more. I think it's 26 or 28wks you need to look for a pattern? Can't remember exactly but some people still haven't even felt movement at 23wks yet, don't stress. My daughter was induced due to reduced movements so I know how worrying it can be x

Thanks hun. I feel stupid for worrying as I am still only 23+5 but i think where I have noticed a pattern with her already I just full on panicked. I do actually think she has moved position as I felt a kick to the right of my belly button a lot higher than normal. They are normally low down. It would explain why I am feeling her less if my placenta is high anterior xx

I'm glad you phoned Char, I was going to ask if you were 24 weeks yet or not. Glad the mw was reassuring and will let you pop down if needed. I haven't really noticed a pattern with baby yet just know I have been feeling alot more this last week, but I'm only 20+5wks.

I'm sat waiting for my repeat scan to double check the heart and will get them to double check the gender too!

Good luck with the scan Kanga. Hope there able to get all the measurements today.

Glad u phoned. Never any need to feel silly. The mw are there all the time to help us x

Thank you ladies <3 love your support xx

@kanga86 - hope baby plays ball today and you manage to get the measurements you need. Let us know how it goes xxx

Thank you ladies, it all went well and the sonographer got all the heart measurements she needed. It’s still a girl too :D I also got my whooping cough jab done after the scan so that was handy. You can tell more things are starting to happen as the hospital was quite busy today, I couldn’t park in the hospital car park, had to park 10min walk away due to stupid permit restrictions. Apparently they will be opening up the multi storey car park to everyone again soon instead of just staff.

Sorry I missed you message this morning Char. Definitely best to call if you're worried otherwise it will just play on your mind all day. It's good that the mw was nice and supportive. I'm only 20w 3d but I do feel a little worried some days when I think I've not felt much movement. The other day I was worried but then I sat down and could see movement but couldn't feel it.

pleased your scan went well kanga and they got the measurements. And she's not changed gender :D

hope your arm doesn't ache too much kanga. Mine's hurting a little less so hopefully tomorrow it will almost be back to normal

Still a girl.. that's great cos i know u were doubting gender after all ur boys.. <3

I'm wrecked. I woke up at 6am this morning. Normally I'm up about 4 for the loo but past 2 nights slept through but this morning I couldn't get back to sleep. :nap:

Thank you ladies, yes I was doubting the gender so it was good to look again and to have a different sonographer confirm it. My arm doesn't hurt yet but it may kick in at some point.

Ttcno2 it's horrible not being able to sleep, I either struggle to get to sleep or wake for a couple of hours through the night. I was up at 6am today too and normally I don't get up til 8:30am when hubby leaves for work and I take over watching the boys.

Thought I had got away without my arm hurting but noticed it last night just before bed and it feels really sore today. Feel abit meh and just not right this morning so going to have a proper lazy day. Might watch some films with the boys after lunch, they are playing with lego at the moment.

I felt ok apart from the arm ache that went on for a few days . Lazy days sounds good.

Milestone day for me and my baby. We are 24 weeks today.
My first born was born was born few days after this when she passed away so I can actually visualise in my head the size baby is right now.
I had much better sleep lastnight and didnt get up til 9.30 this morning.. needed that.

Yayy to 24 weeks, i am 24 tomorrow :)
It feels like such an achievement, but am getting really restless in the evenings, my back is starting to ache and i am shattered majority of the time.
I am so sorry about your 1st born, i didn't know that TTC. Massive hugs darling <3 xx

We have managed to have a lazy day, still feeling headachey and tired but hoping tomorrow is better. The boys played with playdoh this afternoon and it is so stressful. It gets everywhere and they mix the colours and get it stuck in the carpet and on their clothes!

Ttcno2 yay for reaching v day, such a milestone to reach, although it must be hard knowing it's when your daughter passed away. My boys keep asking me how big the baby is now and I have to find a teddy that is about the size I think it is.

Yay for the 24w milestone. I feel so far behind only being 20w 4.

hope the arm is ok kanga. 2 days since mine and I can report that it's almost back to normal. Arrgghhh, playdoh stresses me out so much. And the thought of it being mixed actually makes me feel a bit sick. Lol.

I'm feeling good this week. I feel like we got into a good groove. DH has been WFH, DD has seemed to be in a good mood and has been entertaining herself with her toys, so I've even been able to do some work. Well, just some online training, but makes me feel good for not just sitting back and claiming SPL for the whole time.

Hey ladies, hope you are all well? I'm doing much better today. The jab really knocked me out, I was so tired and everything ached, don't remember feeling like that last time.

We've finally managed to get hold of some hair clippers to cut the boys hair, so they have had their hair cut my daddy, and I cut daddy's hair! Think I did a pretty good job considering I've never done it before. Then I got my husband to cut my hair, he took a good 6-8 inches off! It feels so much better even if it's not hairdresser worthy, but it was driving me nuts being so long.

Hope you are all having a nice weekend :)

Hi girls hope u are u al good.

OH has asked me about cutting his hair. Think we will be doing the same job.

Did us know baby show is on online this weekend. Join the group. U can search for it. They have some good offers

Today wouldve been my due date with my little May baby but that just wasn't meant to be.
Very thankful for the little wriggler in my tummy.

How is everyone

Awww ttcno2 the due date is hard for a lost one. I still think of my little bean on it's due date in January and that would've been 8 years ago now. It is such a bittersweet moment being pregnant over it as you miss the lost one but so thankful for the one in your belly. I just keep thinking I wouldn't have Harry if my 1st pregnancy was successful, and that helps a tiny bit.

We are doing okay, I'm going crazy and washing all the nets and curtains this week. We have 2 cats who love the window sills and their fur just sticks to the bottom of them and they look so grubby.

Had a good chat with a friend over the weekend and she is giving me a lot of baby stuff as her little boy is now 1 year old. I'm getting her next to me crib and infant car seat (as mine is 6 years old and been in the loft for 3 years and according to the manufacturer it's only good for 6 years anyway!) I think she has a bouncer, playmat and things, which means I can get rid of the mouldy ones I have (washing has faded it but not enough for me to feel comfortable to put a newborn in) plus I've had the same ones for all 3 of mine so it will be nice to have "new" things. I'm not sure how much she wants for any of it yet, but I'm definitely not going to take it all for nothing as it is all so expensive and she got it all brand new and unfortunately she won't be having any more children. She went through 6 years of iui and ivf and finally got her little boy using a donor egg and donor sperm (she is single and doing it all alone)

Oh wow shes been through alot hasn't she. That's great ur going to get all the stuff she no longer needs. It's just great help. I still haven't made any purchases yet and I was on about buying after my 20 week scan. Feel like I need to get on the ball.

She certainly did, it did affect our friendship for quite a while too as I had 3 children in that time at it was so tough for her. But it is so helpful to be able to get bits from her. The only things I've actually bought so far are a stretchy wrap, 3 'little sister' sleep suits from ebay and 2 sets of girlie sleep suits- 1 tiny baby 3 pack and 1 first size 3 pack. There is still plenty of time, unless you need to buy alot? I can't remember if you have stuff still from your other 2.
