*~*~* September 2015 Mummies *~*~*

Just made the most of having the afternoon to myself. Napped on off for a long while. Do have a headache now though! :-(
7 weeks to go! Xx

Aw I love all the names ladies! I'm getting excited now even though it still seems ages away x

I think it was about 36 weeks last time when I started to just wait for baby to arrive and really enjoyed the last weeks x

I worked up until 39 weeks last pregnancy and found it quite hard so I have really enjoyed being at home this pregnancy :) x

I've missed so much by leaving my phone at home!!

H and Kelly, you both sound like you've had a right day! Hope you're feeling better now.

Our girlies are potentially going to be Merryn/Merrin (I prefer I, hubby prefers y) Francesca and Thea Elizabeth. Hubby is pretty set on them but we did change our mind when we saw our son, he'd been against Otto until he saw him. So we haven't told anyone in case we change our minds.

Hubby is on call out for the next 7 days, hate it as it means we barely see him but it's even worse at the moment as I'm struggling with lifting Otto, bathing him, carrying him up to bed etc. Mum and dad go on holiday Sunday and non-teacher friends will all be working so I'll be a right Billy no mates! :D Taking advantage of it now though, lay on the sofa watching Sweet Home Alabama, my ultimate guilty pleasure cheesy romcom! x

Lovely names hun :)

That is one of my fave chick flicks too, enjoy! x

Enjoy your film. Just seen that in the movie channel :) xx

Just catching up now ladies had an awful day in work, everything that could have gone wrong did. Couldn't wait to get out of there! Oh well two weeks to go.

I 100% don't want anyone on social media knowing I've gone in to labor, could not be doing with the constant notifications 'is she here yet' I think my head would fall off. I'm having a what's app group with my closest friends and family that I wang to know that I've gone in to labor, putting it on mute so I only see the convo when I log in too it. Best friends idea :) also made them promise they won't tag me in anything until me and Paul have announced it, I'm a bit of a gimp when it comes to things like that as you've probably seen if you have me on FB. I print off my memory status's with all the lovely comments to put in baby's memory box , you know like the pregnancy announcement and then the birth.

H your scan will be amazing I can't wait to hear all about it !!!!

Aww so excited for Lulu, she's my friend off here now and is a great girl! So so excited to hear and see when he's here! We're hopefully going to meet up when both our little ones are here she's been a great help to me through my pregnancy. Love how people you barely know can become such good friends off this forum.

We're not set because keep changing our minds but Ella is still a firm fave! I love Ella Avaya and OH likes Ella Brooke, mum loves Ella Sienna. But could all change when we see her :)

Kelly what a day!!! Hope your ok now x x

I love the name Ella too, my daughter is called Ruby Mae but Ella Mae was always on my list of fave girls names before we had her x

It's got a little story behind it for us too so that's why I think it's stayed a firm fave.

Just posted this on the first signs of labor thread but wanted to ask in here too....

I'm 33 weeks tomorrow and this week I've felt nausea's, pooed so much more, pains keeping me awake, feel really really heavy and lots of pressure down there. Haven't noticed any mucus plug but when I had my last midwife app about 10 days ago baby was 2/5ths engaged. Keep thinking I'm going to go really early any opinions? I know baby can engage and disengage but all the other symptoms too, especially the nausea kicking back in. Bad lower back ache too xxxx

H, we were adamant that we would call our daughter Ellie-Mae! Right up until we found out it was a girl and then I'd heard it so much that I changed my mind lol.

Ella is such a pretty little girly name.

Not necessarily the case hun. You may even go overdue! The joys of the third trimester! Xx

With my son he was engaged for ages and then popped himself out. Aches and pains are the norm as well I think, I can feel so much pressure down below but I know the babies are breech, it's just the weight I guess. You could possibly go early but as Kelly says, you could easily go overdue.
I was convinced I was going to go early as I had so many symptoms last time but ended up 10 days over. X

I had no symptoms last time altho when I look back I was so uncomfortable n back hurt loads the day before I went in for induction n I was losing thick discharge but hadn't realised it was my plug!!

It does all get so uncomfortable n horrid towards the end so I don't think u can really tell.

Harry decided he wanted to b up at 5.50 today!! Feel so tired already. Altho I'm treating myself later n having my nails done can't wait.

What lovely plans have u ladies got this weekend??

Michelle.x

Bless you Michelle, I know the feeling hun I went to bed at 11.30pm but couldn't get to sleep until just before 1am as was so uncomfortable and then at 1.15am daughter wakes me up crying from bad dream so got back to bed half hour later after lots of cuddles and then she decided she wanted to get up for day at 5.15am! Knackered!

She is off to my parents for the day today so me and OH can finish decorating her and baby's room though so I will be able to have a nice nap this afternoon :D Then on Sunday we are taking her swimming - it's become our family ritual every Sunday now and she adores it plus she is knackered after so we have a quiet afternoon lol.

Getting your nails done sounds lovely hun, good to have some pamper time, enjoy lovely! I was only thinking to myself last night that I have only had nice painted nails about 10 times since Ruby was born which is silly as before she arrived I loved having nice nails :)

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend x

I decided to do my own nails for my baby shower last weekend - hadn't quite anticipated the challenge of doing my toes!!!

Anyone seen the video going round on fbook of the woman giving birth to 10lbs baby in front car seat on drive to hospital?!! her and her husband are absolute champions - both stay so calm but ... Holy crap!:lol:

Xxx

Haha as summer my toes are awful I smeared it everywhere, in struggling to fasten my sandals now too! Hope everyone has a nice weekend xd

Enjoy your day ladies. I need some lovely nails! Not until I've finished work though as they get so damaged at work!
I'm in work today until 4, then have to go pick my son up then at a meal at 6 with some friends that I haven't been out with since last November time and one of them since last June or so!

Today I'm feeling sweats though. Tired, twitching eyes. :( x

Oh nails sound lovely! I always have mine painted as feel really weird without, but never anything fancy I just do them myself.

Thursday night I have the most horrific night sleep, lots of back cramps and so was on the sofa till 4 and eating pineapple in the kitchen at 2! Had a manic day work wise yesterday so last night hubby made fajitas for dinner and I came on up to bed. This morning he has taken belle to ikea to get babies wardrobe and I am still in bed, with a cuppa and bowl of cereal. Still aching a lot (I think from work) and had a bad tummy when I woke up this morning, but feel so much better for a good nights sleep and chill morning! About to run a bath and then we are off to a bbq later. Thanks hubby!!

Have a lovely sunny day everyone! X

Aww everyone sounds like they have lovely weekend plans! My husbands gone to a film and comic book convention in London  so Im all on my lonesome - having a lovely day nesting though to be honest - got babies clothes out on the washing line in the sunshine! :)

Enjoy the sunny weekend everyone xxx
