*~*~* September 2015 Mummies *~*~*

Basically he was really excited about the latest job, he got head hunted for it and was over moon about it but after only being there 5 weeks he has had a massive row with guy training him up and walked out. I won't bore you all with loads of details but I can see why he walked out as the guy was an idiot and threatened my OH with violence in front of another colleague and showed him up numerous times in front of important clients so I get it. Then when he spoke to manager about it manager basically said he didn't believe him so I can see why he walked out this time and I don't hold it against him. BUT the reason I am annoyed is since we moved area last year he has had 8 jobs (temp and perm) and just keeps walking out of things which puts massive financial strain on us as I have been a SAHM since September 2013 with OH's encouragement.

So now his job has told him he must pay them £500 for money wasted on training and he isn't going to be bringing home any money this month now either. Don't get me wrong he is going back to temp agency tomorrow to ask for a new assignment and it's not like he will sit around on his ass unemployed for months on purpose or anything - he always finds another job pretty fast but it is just getting to a point where I have had enough of the constant uncertainty. Before we moved here his last 2 jobs were both 5 years and 4 years so he has never been unreliable until recently. Just sick of the stress and worry of it all though and every time he gets a new job I just think how long will this one last?! :/

Oh dear! Very understandable about walking out. I'd not pay that £500 for sure though!
I understand the worry. My OH left his job of 8 years to go into another job and then got sacked after 5 months as his manager didn't like him! He was out of work for 4 months and it was very stressful!
I do hope he finds something that he enjoys and can stick with. I guess he feels just as bad about it as you? But it's really not worth the stress x

Thanks. I'm putting sleepy boy to bed soon but worried ill nap too long and then not be able to sleep well tonight and I have work at 7am! X

H really hope your ok and it doesn't stress you too much! I agree with Kelly no chance I would pay that £500 back, I'd tell them where to stick it!

Your welcome Gilly :)

I'm running the store tomorrow and dreading it as one of the girls doesn't have any respect for me or listen to me at all! With these hormones I may just kick off ha! xxxx

We're allowed to kick off when we're pregnant, it's an unwritten rule!

Getting really excited about my scan on Monday, as much as I would rather have a natural labour part of me wants to need a c section so I can meet baby sooner! :D x

How many weeks will you be if you have a section?

I've been snoozing all night, been lovely.

Family drama is just an annoyance, hubby is standing up for himself so I'm leaving him to it. Decided I'm not telling any of them the section date, can't be bothered with them sharing it with people or hassling me beforehand. I stopped answering my phone when I was overdue with my son, either that or sarcastically telling them I'd had the baby but chosen not to tell them. Actually tempted to do it this time, imagine keeping it a secret for a week...no visitors...bliss! :D

Totally understand Gilly! We've already decided we're not telling ANYONE when I go into labour - the first call will be to say 'He's here!!'

My parents will know because they will have my son but I'm not telling anyone else. Hubby was a bit reluctant before but now is sold on the idea, thank god. My parents are so chilled out and young for their age that they give us no hassle, they understand boundaries like most normal people!! :wall2:

Would be 37 weeks if I have one so potentially only 5 and a bit weeks to go! X

With my son we only told a couple of people I was in labour at the start of the day. We told OH mum a few hours before. What annoys me Is when you tell some family you've had your baby then they go on bloody facebook and tag you before you've had a chance to tell everyone. So people end up finding out from somebody before we tell them! X

Anyone else suffering headaches? I had the same with my son. Getting them all the time :( x

Not been getting headaches myself, Kelly. Have you mentioned them to the mw? Are you drinking enough? I sometimes get dehydration headaches if I have a busy day at work.

Totally agree about family members sharing news without your consent or asking first, I don't get how anyone would think that is OK!!!!!!! Hubby has an aunt we don't speak to (she did something unforgivable to us) and I have no intention of notifying her about the twins and I would rather his family didn't go out of their way to ring her but I know they will. She won't ever meet them (the reason she will never have anything to do with our children is why we don't speak to her) so I don't see the point. I'm probably coming across as a right cow! :D

I only get headaches when I don't drink enough as well, defo speak to ur mw if u keep getting them.

My friend announced Harry's arrival on fb even that he was a boy etc I was gutted I had specifically said don't mention it on fb but I just thought it was common sense u don't say anything till the parents do. She won't b being told this time lol.

That's horrid. I just don't get what goes through some people's heads at times!
