Ignore my last comment! Couldn't edit it to carry on my sentence!

Gotta love cats! Our house would be so quiet without them :-)

The other cat we have is a bit "special". He has a kink in the end of his tail and it's completely thrown his balance. So he lands like a sack of potatoes and is always falling over! And he's just really stupid I think there's something wrong with his brain ahaha. He's a weird little one. Not a very good "cat" at all.

Oooh I know exactly what you mean! My boy will lie on the sofa and just flip upside down and slide down slowly onto the floor! Any visitors worry that he's gonna hurt himself but we just sit there and say oh leave him to it he's fine haha! Would be lost without my furry buddies!

Our female is currently attached to my bump as well! Just been watching the cat documentary on itv and made me turn all crazy cat lady and want another kitty! :-(

Ok so I went out for tea tonight for my little sister's bday. Had a lovely time food was ok. Just woken up with awful stomach cramps and promptly emptied my body from both ends :( feel awful now it came out of my nose and everything my ears nose and throat are in agony now burning and can't breathe out my nose. Wtf is going on!!! Can't imagine food poisoning as normally takes longer with chicken but maybe that's baby's way of saying no mum...Just no!!!

Ps I'd love a cat but we rent and can't afford to pay for any damage it may cause scratching the shit out of stuff!! Haha xx

Hi ladies,

I am in complete agony and pain. I some how have really messed up my lower back. My hubby and I went out for a nice day in London on Sunday. We sat out on hard benches which was uncomfortable but I didn't think much of it. I had the worst pain drivingn yesterday in my lower back. Was going to call an ambulance as I was in so much agony.

I am now on bed rest for the week. I'm using hot and cold compress and paracetamol for the pain. Anyone else exp this ?? I'm 17+2 days. I messaged my doc and he said to just rest it. He wasn't too concerned. I just hope it goes away.

I cried my eyes out this morning to my husband saying I wanted my mommy ;( I miss my mum she is in America. Just feeling extra down and in agonising pain. Any advice?? It appears to be my tailbone that's hurting

I'd say just do what the doctor advised and plenty of bed rest. If its your tailbone I imagine you've banged or bruised it as opposed to pulling a muscle. So hopefully with plenty of rest on comfy places it should pass.

I'm the same, whenever I'm in lots of pain my first thought is I want my mommy! Luckily shes only just round the corner from me, can't imagine how much you miss her with her all the way over there. Does she still come over here to visit though?

She does. She is planning to come in July for two weeks. I wish it was now. I'm resting away and getting bored. Haha. So wish this pain would go away. It's lessened a bit. Sigh ;( just feeling very depressed.

Go Internet shopping for baby things! Thats what I do when im bored, or I at least browse at things getting ideas :)
July isn't too far away she will be here in no time.

Thanks Mellie that's a great idea. My brain is obv not working haha. I have also asked a massage lady to come home on thur and do some light work on my back due to the pain. I hope that also helps. Really need a massage.

Aw huni hope u recover soon but definitely take it easy!! Such a shame about ur mum I couldn't even imagine it!! What about when baby's due is she not planning on coming to stay then?? Xx

Yes she will be here at that time. Thank god. Ahh to add to my back pain I am now constipated. This is NOT fun!

Oh good!!! :)

Hun I have that problem too it sucks! Zx

I can't believe it's June already when I got my BFP in February. It's pissing it down outside though lol which is why it doesn't feel like June!

Think my haemorrhoids are getting so big that they're about to develop a consciousness of their own and take over my body. Or maybe they're not haemorrhoids and that's just the baby and it's growing on my bum instead?!

I've told OH never again. Get a vasectomy.

I thought earlier about it being June already, I didn't get my BFP until 21st March, but even that seems ages away now!

I luckily haven't had my haemorrhoids play up yet. Im fully prepared for them to make an appearance some time soon though!

Yeah, I was doing something on the work calendar yesterday and had that OMG it's June moment. This year seems to have flown by, it only seems like 5 minutes since it was Christmas and I was getting stressed about TTC again!

I had my midwife appt today, the 16 week one. It was really short and sweet. My headaches aren't caused by BP, that was actually slightly low, not high. My iron levels are really good, so not that. She told me all about drinking plenty, I assured her that I was drowning myself in water. Then she asked me to make a sample, so I had to force a bit out and for the first time in weeks, my urine was not almost clear! It was slightly too dark - I'd drank loads this morning but not much since lunch, so she told me that I must be a dehydrated and drinking more would sort the headaches. I assured her I was drinking nearly 3 litres a day, but my sample just made me look like a liar.

Straight after the appt, I went to Asda and needed a wee properly and it was really light coloured! Typical!

So she's just said drink more and take paracetamol if I need to. I've been good today, so hopefully they've gone now anyway.

Before we know it it'll be Christmas again and we'll have a baby too. Scary!!
Typical that you look dehydrated the one urine sample she looks at. My headaches have died off a bit recently which is good. My sickness seems to be getting better too.
I've got my midwife appointment tomorrow, although I'm not 100% sure where she does them, so I hope I turn up at the right place. Also don't have a clue what she looks like as a different midwife did my booking in appointment.
Then I've got my gender scan on Saturday, eek :) Told my best friend she can come to it too, shes rather excited!

19 weeks today! Can't believe I'm almost half way there! Went to have my bloods taken to check my levels and it didn't turn out to well :-(

Hey beautiful ladies. Can you believe we are nearly half way there. It's crazy. So exciting. 1 room down 6 more to go phew.

Being half way there still feels an age away for me! :-/

NJP that is bloody typical hun!!

Katie ouch!

Good luck with gender scan mellie can't wait to hear ur team!!

Well if it isn't one thing it's another...I've now developed the stuffy nose. Blocked most of the time very tickly and sneeze like mad so powerful I wonder if I will sneeze the baby out!!!! Maybe it's hay fever too though in which case I still can't take anything for it. Booo!!

Hope ur all well and have a lovely weekend ahead of u xxx

Kaa, I've got a blocked nose too, though I tend to get them a lot anyway, think I have poor sinuses. I know what you mean about halfway feeling ages away. I keep saying I might get a private gender scan and when people find out my NHS one is 4 weeks, they're like 'oh that's not long, just wait it out!'. Pfft, 4 weeks is an AGE when you are pregnant!

Katie, that's not good! I had blood taken on Thurs and the nurse was brilliant at it, one of the best I've had. I had one last year where they did it so badly I spurted blood at them.

Mellie, hope midwife went well, and good luck for gender scan! Exciting!

Chaz, don't envy you with the decorating, hope you get it done soon.

After a few clear days, I am a bit headachey again. I have been drinking plenty of water so, boo hiss midwife, told you it wasn't that. It must just be hormones. My wife spoke sternly to my belly last night and told the baby to stop making me feel bad but it didn't listen as I woke up with one again.
