*** November 2014 Mummies! ***

My OHs sister has a haulk one, she loves it. Just doesn't fold small enough for my car and don't want to change my car I love it too much.
I used to live in Liverpool, that's where I went to uni. Back in borinh old Birmingham now though. Keep wanting to go back up for a shopping trip but my bank balance is never quite healthy enough! Haha

Congrats mellie so exciting. I don't think we got much time either was a teeny bit disappointed but I would of never complained. Seeing and finding out our princess is priceless anyway we were to much on cloud 9 to bother lol. Hope your all well.
I've got the worst pain in my lower right hand side of my back near my bum area. When I lift my right leg it's like a pulling pain there so sore.
On a lighter note I'm starting to feel my little Piper moving. Just light rolls just now nothing huge or pokey but definite little movements. It's so exciting it's mostly at night also when I'm lying down and usually just the once then she stops but hey oh there there and it makes me look forward to bed time. Xx

Get saving then we can have a huge gathering in lpool haha.

Aw Chaz that's amazing. I'm still trying to work out if my feelings I get are movements or flutters etc. How long does it last for ??

What pram u getting then mellie?? Xx

I'm watching orange is the new black on netflix just now and loving it. We chose the name piper because we seen it online and loved it then I started watching that and saw her name was piper so the name is likely to pop up everywhere no bout. Lol.
Netflix don't renew very often so once you've seen most things it's not really worth it but I'm loving it just now with hubby working at night.

I watch Orange is the New Black too! But don't tell me what's happening, I'm still on Season 1!

Didn't realise you were so close Kaa, we'll have to try to do something in September, yes.

Mellie, have you been up since the Liverpool One went up? I've only lived around here for about 10 years and can't really remember what the city was like before it, as I didn't go much then. Still struggle with knowing my way around. But the shopping is quite good now that's there. Mind, I went to Birmingham once and I can't imagine you're short on shopping opportunities there either.

Is the maxi cosi elea a pram/pushchair or just a pushchair? It's nice looking and the folding small is advantageous.

The haucks look really good, I googled them - brilliant price. It ticks all my boxes - cheap enough, pram and pushchair, does forward and parent facing, has a carrycot/car seat and decent storage underneath! I'm really tempted! I know how much money my mum is giving me towards the pram and she said I can keep the change, so the change will easily cover a few other bits and pieces. Oooh. Will have to go to Mothercare and try them out.

Yea I lived there from 07-10, but went up loads in 2011/12 too. Its only now ive got bills and a proper job I can't go up much. Birmingham is big, but Liverpools different, think its just special to me because it was my uni town. Plus I used to love the huge Primark, and all the dress and shoes shops in St Johns. Spent far too much of my loan in those places.

Its a pushchair mainly, however it lies completely flat and comes with a baby nest so can be used from birth. You can buy the extra carrycot, however because of the time of year I'm not going to bother (unless I can find a bargain on eBay/Gumtree)

Been looking through my baby goodies with OH, found things I hadn't even noticed during my first look. Such lovely clothes :)

Yeh definitely meet up whilst we are so close and be at. Loss in September :-/

Defo a good deal think it's only 256 in asda too for the full travel system. I like the almond and caviar one think.

Hope ur all feeling ok tonight, I've had terrible hormonal issues tonight lost the plot and hubby had to cuddle me whilst saying shush and stroking my hair haha was like I was possessed and then broke down crying ridiculous. Xx

Sorry to hear that kaa! I've had plenty of breakdowns in both pregnancys but so thankful to have hubby! Don't know how he copes with all these hormones haha!

I seem to become very sore! Think it's from starting to walk the dog but feet are very achy and hot! Hubby had to put cream on my feet at 3am just to help me sleep and my boobs have got that heavy I feel like I'm about to fall over and snap!

Only another 144 days to go! (I hope it's not any longer)!

Have we got any bumps popping out yet? Here's mine at 19+1! I'm now starting to get people touching it and I wanna scream!

I cried yesterday re watching tom from mcflys wedding speech video. No idea why I decided to watch it again, but I cried like a little baby!

I have a slightly larger bump now, I've had to break out the maternity jeans for work now anyway.

You have a lovely bump, can't wait until mine is clearly pregnant like yours is. Is it strangers wanting to touch it or people you know?

Surprisingly enough I'm not using any maternity wear yet!

So far it's been mother in law and a few friends! Sounds silly as it's not strangers but I only feel comfy if me and hubby touch it! I don't feel as bad if they ask to touch but mother in law just walked up to me and started rubbing say my grandsons popping out today! Just felt so uncomfy!

Hubby popped a spot on my tummy last night and was surprised how big I am for 19 weeks! He reckons I'm going to be huge! Don't think I'll cope haha!

I'm only on season 1 also juicey.
Not very long tbh kaa. Not as long as I'd love it to. I defo feel her a little more everyday she's getting stronger/bigger.
18 weeks today so exciting only 2 weeks till the 20 week scan too and my sil goes in for her c section that day so we hoping to have our app then nip along and visit our new neice which will get me super excited. Babies, babies every wear lol.

Really no maternity wear, not even bottoms? I can still fit in my normal clothes but my work trousers are terrible, they sit around my belly button and they were tight before I even fell pregnant.

My mom and grandparents have felt mine, but as thats family I don't mind so much. If my OHs family tried I'd probably feel a little more uncomfortable. I'd just rather be asked first as opposed to just reaching out for a feel! Ha

Heard my baby's heart beat today for the first time it was wonderful.
Was there for nearly 4 hours very long day but was worth it :O)

That's a good bump Katie!

I'm in maternity jeans for work too, they're skinny black and I can pass them off as trousers so that's good. However, they're overbump and they're just a little too big and I'm constantly pulling them up. But my work trousers are definitely out and even the big leggings I bought at 8 weeks cut in after a while.

I've only got one bump toucher and it's a work colleague and it does irritate me. But I was caught off guard when she first did it and now I can't seem to stop her. All she ever does when she sees me is make reference to the baby and grin madly. It's nice that she's interested but I am more than a person carrier!

Nope still using normal pants thankfully! I usually wear leggings, sweatpants and sometimes jeans but no discomfort so far! I don't remember ever using them with my daughter - and for tops I'm doing okay but I think I may need bigger ones or at least bump bands.. Or to save money just live in my hubby's tops for the next 4 month!

I suppose next time mother in law touches my bump without asking I can tell her off and blame it on the hormones? Haha!

Got a phone call from doctors today and it seems my iron still isn't getting any better from the tablets so got to have them changed around! Strange as I don't feel as terrible as I usually do with my iron thought my tiredness was just being pregnant!

Happy 18 weeks Chaz :)

Toffee girl that's lovely huni it's so amazing isn't it!

Katie wow I'm super jealous that's like a perfect bump, mine looks fab when I push in my top belly and pull it up a bit haha gravity hates me and my super heavy saggy boobies too! Feel very weird today got a lot of discomfort in lower abdomen :-/

Xxx

Hey girlies sorry haven't been around in a while...currently on holiday down in Sussex in Hastings :) having a relaxing break from my normal 5 night shifts a week :)

Although the sun sea and sand are making me happy I'm still full of nerves, don't no whether anyone else has had this but my 'hanger' as try would call it on bigger woman is literally pulling like mad and it's killing me to walk!! I'm laying down currently trying to feel if it's baby moving around but I can't feel a thing...I am panicking a little bit! Still got 23 days till my 20 week scan feels like such a long way away.

Hope you are all well :) xxx

Thank you kaa! Mine did that around 15 weeks so hopefully won't be long until you see a bump when stood up! I never had a bump like this with my daughter I still looked fat at 35 weeks and I've put weight on since having myah it's strange! Xx

They do say u show sooner with ur second, third etc... Do love ur bump!!

I do have a baby bump it's just hiding under my layers of fat at the moment haha.

Is it ok to lie on ur stomach I keep doing it then worrying about baby but sleeping on my side constantly is wrecking my hips! Xx

I try not to sleep on my front but I wake up in the night and find myself like that, I've always slept on my front. What I try to do is hitch one leg bent up so I'm slightly tilted up and the pressure is off my belly.
