**** November 2012 Mummies **** (everyone welcome)

Enjoy yourself kerrie :)

I've only left Madison with oh longest being 2hrs or so while I went to hairdressers :)

Nawww that's is a cute photo of James..what a flirt!! It could be the contrast in colours that he finds so interesting perhaps? X

Well I didn't actually intend this to be Cathy's first night in her own room, but I put her down at 9 in there expecting her to wake up at around 12 for a feed at which point I would transfer her into our room.
She slept through until 5:30 am which is a definite record for us I am so happy! However OH and I both got up as I needed to express and he fed her, understandably she was starving and she guzzled 5oz, I thought hmm we'd better watch she isn't sick after drinking that so fast. Right on cue she throws up all over OH and as I'm expressing all I can do is sit here and laugh at him! Hahaha xx

Morning!! Ive done it and feel a lot better about leaving this morning. Maybe i was tired last night?

I am proud that ive had no tears. Bloody tired though im normally still asleep now.

Wilson i live in chesterfield x

Glad you felt better about it this morning Kerrie, it really does become easier with time xx

course you do kerrie lol, i forgot your on my fb, fancy that coffee soon? xx

Glad you feel better about it hun!

James took ages to settle last night, and he woke at 5am but he'd done a massive poo so I was over the moon!!!

We went back down from 6am until 9am so I've had a little sleep!

He is currently smiling away as I am talking rubbish to him

xxxxxxxx

Yay for poo! Xx

Cathy has woken up twice since 9 last night, can't believe how much she's sleeping but I've managed to get a lot of housework done while she's been sleeping. Wish I'd had a chance to go back to bed but I need to get us all ready for our outling with my auntie and uncle later xx

heyho for poopee lol

arthur was the same, wouldnt settle and we had to give him infacol this morning which brough on massive farts and poo's :) which to add he is now in size 3 nappies OMG he really is growing lol

Nat did you look on 623 for baby channel? xx

James is still in size 2's but I've started buying size 3's.

Yep had a look at the channel but James was hungry so wasn't all that interested.

I've just stopped Infacol as that could be one of the reasons James was constipated? We just use Gripe Water now - if he struggles to wind.

xxxx

I wasn't too sure on when to start on size 3s? Ill probably finish the size 2s I have then start on them :)

I've still got about 5 packs of size 2's???

I will donate them to my little nephew as James will be out of them pretty soon.

James wasn't in size 1's for long at all (as he kept peeing up his own back regardless of where I pointed his willy ) so I had to put him in size 2's when he was just a few weeks!

ive only left Arthur 3 times, one with daddy while i had my hair done, then with his god father to be rob, my next door neighbour, while i went to the doctors and another popped to morrisons, but the no longer than 2 hrs have i left him xx

I've only left James with Daddy and the longest I've been gone for is almost 2 hours.

To be honest I have no qualms in leaving James for a bit longer (only with OH) but I wouldn't look forward to leaving him all day with anyone else. My Mum, SIL and sister would all be perfectly capable BUT whilst he is so young I want him to stay with me or his Dad.

I feel like I am missing a limb when I am out without him!

xxxxxxxx

Am I weird, I so don't feel this way? My mum takes J most days for a couple of hours and it has been up to 3. Today she looked after him at our house while we went out to lunch for a couple of hours.

I don't worry about him while he's not with me, I know that she would call me straight away if there were any problems. I love being with him, but I enjoy the down time and chance to do things like eat a nice meal or have a nap without worrying he is going to wake! I don't really miss him, although I'm sure I would if it was longer.

If you'd have asked me before he was born, I would have been sure I wouldn't want to leave him for a minute.

Nat - James is so cute with that Hoover! Have you thought about the comfort milk, helps with colic and constipation?

HV said not to bother BUT I am going to see what GP says.

I've not missed James as such when I have left him but it's been mainly because I have been out to do something specific?? Like a quick food shop... I am not milling around - I am a woman on a mission and I get back as quickly as I can.

James has been a bit grumpy today and hasn't slept much so I am going to go for a nice long walk with him.... I have serious cabin fever today LOL!
