**** November 2012 Mummies **** (everyone welcome)

Oh no Amanda...I hope you are ok.

M has been feeding for 50 mins... My nipple really hurts today, but internally. His sucking is starting to make me uncomfortable. Eek.

I've had a good day with M today. Lots of smiles, giggles too :) which was magical, playing and letting mummy get a few things done that I treated myself to a teeny teeny bit of whiskey. It was soooo good. First tipple since he was born, it was sat there....begging me. Plus I got new tumblers for Xmas...I had to try them.

Kelly..good on you treating yourself :) I've had the odd glass of wine and a glass or two of baileys but thats it, I could do with a good girly night out though.

Nat love your shoes! I'm not great in heels either so flats all the way!

Wilson..love the heels, too high for me though :(

I still haven't touched a drop of alcohol  I'm too scared of having to pump and dump lol. However it is my 21st in just over two weeks and I have been ordered to have a Kopparberg. A little one. Right after I've expressed to minimize damage! xx

mrswoody cant promise they heels will stay on or ill stay up in them lol was just a cheer me up pressie :))

feel a little better still sicky, arthurs runs have calmed too, just hes sleepy xx

Ah Wilson poor you, I hope you both feel better soon. They're are some nice shoes. I try to wear heels but they're normally off not long after.

Ended up have a bloody heart attack at 1130, oh put Toby in his cot but a little too high for the sensor mat. Never got up so quick in my life. Luckily Toby stayed asleep and was fine. Grrr. It don't half give you a fright.

I'm desperate for a night out...but I would have one proper drink attempt a little jig and crash to floor and sleep.

Or....have a party trick of wet boobs :(

Not that easy...oh and I'd probably cry of missing M

I getting a vibe that I wouldn't be much fun...

Yeah I'm ok. Mine checks he's moving and if he stops for more than 20seconds it alarms. I think it actually picks up his breathing movements as a little light flickers each time he moves. Took a while to get back to sleep as I was a bit on alert. He's all good though. Just enjoying a morning cuddle with him now.

aww bless, what happens if they arnt a wiggly baby lol.
how old was he when you put him in the cot?? im debating it soon, just scared.

kelly love a night out but think id prefer to go to bed at 9am and sleep till 9am lol xx

Yes me too Wilson!

M slept 7hours solid!!! I had a good sleep too, I'm sooooo proud of him. 11-6.

He is still feeding so he is a hungry chap. X

aww bless him, arthur goes longer in the day to sleep than he does at night, i get 3 1/2 max out of him xx

We started on Monday as we have a tiny bedroom and he was really restless in his basket but now he sleeps much better. Hes just seven weeks. I'm still adjusting to him being in there but my oh loves new techy stuff and went and got us a monitor with a camera. It's really good.

Not sure I'd survive a night out. Get to 10pm and fall over asleep lol. X

James did 6.5 hours last night so not too bad, but not as good as usual.

He had a feed at 5am and I thought we'd get a good few more hours but nope he's been pretty much up since 6.30 and I've just had to feed him again. He seems content enough now but I'm rethinking taking him to work today. He's next feed will be about Midday and that was the time I was thinking to get to my office for.

I am not taking him knowing he's going to be grumpy!

Plan a is for me and a friend to go out for a few glasses of wine on Monday. We'll go to the pub on the corner near me though - you can literally see it from our bedroom window. So I won't be far away if OH needs me.

I lost 3lbs today after my first week on my healthkick - go me!

xxxxxxxxxx

Well done carnat :)

I'm gng to start weighing myself now and monitor weight loss (or heaven forbid GAIN) I have noticed my face slimming and a looser fitting trouser :)

I am sooooooo nervous. I'm doing some mega cleaning today (when M let's me) as I have the in laws coming tomorrow night to look after M for a whole night as I have a wedding to attend in feb and we will be away for 2 nights then so they want a practice run...I'm only staying 12 miles away whilst they stay here but I'm not sure what to do with myself. Bet I ke up at hi usual feed times.

Has anyone else done this?

I'm nervous tat mil will ignore my routine and forget to moisturise him etc (he as facial eczema) she's such a hippy that she hates brandad or non homeopathic products remedies etc and may not use it on him and raid my cupboard for honey or who knows what...

I would have mum do it as she is awesome but mum and dad are away :(

Really nervous, plus u want to hide our wireless router so she doesn't know we have it,...she will refuse to be in our place knowing those harmful rays re there...the to tell her there are wireless networks all over (live in flats) I like them, but they drive me mad.
