Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
i found day 1 really hard! theres nothing to it is there??? well with 500 cal im not surprised! have some fruit or celery or something or a glass of water it curbs your hunger
trust me im sitting here wanting to eat so i went and got a celery stick now im sitting here munching on it!
Im kinda shocked at how lil the calories are!

breakfast: grapefruit and 1 boiled egg (just had 1/2 grapefruit)
lunch: chicken and tomato
dinner: grilled lamb chop with celery and cucumber.... sounds yummy!
I think it was the lack of food, I feel LOADS better since I've had lunch! Although, I have cheated a tiny bit...... I've had some diet coke. I'm addicted!!!!!!
