ditch the diet coke its been studied and found women who drink it are on average fatter than women who dont ( aspertame the artifical sweetner is an excito toxin and causes people to over eat /drink that crap)weighing yourself everyday is obsessive.try sticking to once a week ofcourse your weight in going to yoyo on a daily basis, all those fat free foods contain highly toxic sweetners u are safer with something containing sugar which is natural rather than appetite stimulating poision.
