Wow, congrats to your friend!!

I'm starting to feel a bit jealous of all the people having their babies as well, even though I'm not far behind! Just want to meet my little girl now!! But I try my best to fill my days up so that time will pass by faster!! Today I'm going to IKEA and later I have a class of yoga. What's your plans for today ladies??

not much today i'm afraid hubby has got the flu so just been into town to get him some stuff! just debating whether to watch a movie with him later or not?

Winnie: Are you concerned about getting the flu as well? I Think that of you keep a small distance, you'll probably be okay!!

I'm thinking about taking a nap - been to IKEA and I feel exhausted!!

I don't plan on doing anything other than get home and watch the biggest loser and geordie shore tonight whilst munching on a creme egg easter egg - which btw are 3 for 2.50 in tesco at the minute!

im trying to get baby out today lol. had 39 week mw app and induction is booked for the 16th if needed. went on a mega long wander round town, had maccy d's for lunch, bought more RLT and EPO and some lavender and clary sage oil for bath and massaging into bump. going to go get curry and pinapple and bounce the evening away tonight

Ooh Bev beware of clary sage oil! I used it in bath and massaged it on with almond base oil twice yesterday afternoon and last night and the whole house stinks of it lol! Have felt some tummy twinges though so fingers crossed it works for you xx

Just jumping back into this thread as wasnt on for a while. Just trying to catch up on how you all are!!
I'm finishing work this week & should be finding out early induction date this Thursday. Just hoping my wee man comes early naturally to avoid induction! We will see...

Bev: sounds like a good plan! I also have to buy more rlt and maybe some epo.

Tomorrow I will test my baking skills and try to bake some cakes to put in the freezer for when people come to visit me and my little one! Will also start "Operation get baby out" as it's getting closer now and I would prefer not to go a long time past my due date!! Of course, I hope you're right Apple, at bev go first than me

8 days left. I can't wait!!

I'm really struggling now, my ailments are mounting up. I feel like a pensioner with the aches and pains and this itchy belly is almost too much to bear. All I need is a flare up of the SPD and I think I'll have a breakdown lol

i had my flu jab so i'd presumed i would be fine, it's OK I've been round with the anti-bac spray and sprayed everything! then keep using hand sanitizer, he's been banished to the spare bedroom! lol

just wanted to say cos it was cute. Put up the moses basket in the bedroom and the dog (just a jack russel) went and sniffed it then promptly sat underneath it and wouldn't come out. Think he thought baby was in there and he needed to protect it. lol. Made me a bit teary what a saddo. x

I had shoulder distocia with my son which resulted in a very unpleasant emergency procedure to get him out. Because of that they won't allow me to get to the same size I was with him, and extra scans have shown already this baby is set to be a 10lber if left to go full term. So they're inducing me early to prevent a reoccurrence of last time. Plus we've had quite a few complications in this pregnancy so I think they are keen to get him out safely as soon as poss. Should find out a date at scan this Thursday.
But I'm hoping he comes naturally as I'd love a natural relaxed birth. Hes already scared the hospital by trying to make an early entrance a few weeks back so has had steroids to prep his lungs.
Either way, I'm not wishing time away. Im making the most of enjoying my last few weeks of being pregnant as it is such a blessing & will probably be my last.

I wonder if any March babies will make a Leap Year appearance?!?!

My little girl is moving very weird during the nights now. Likes she's twisting her head down towards my pelvis (trying to find the exit? Lol). Has anyone else's babies moved like is? I can literally feel her head going down and sometimes I get a sharp shooting pain in my foof.

I've had those feelings esperanza! At my midwife appointment last week beanie was 4/5ths palpable, and in hospital yesterday he was 1/5th palpable, so he is fully engaged now and over the past week I've had loads of those feelings so I bet your little girl is moving down and getting ready! How exciting! Xxx

not alot really debating what to cook for lunch and tea and generally be lazy, havent got any cleaning to do because i did it all yesterday!
