I used to be bothered with a lot of spots, but now my skin is so much better! There is acutally some joys of pregnancy!!

god use are all so lucky, iv put on 4 stone n my hair n skin is shite since bein pg, cant stand to look in the mirror these days

if it helps my nails were great before being pg, fine most of the way thru and now they keep chipping and breaking all the time. its odd to have short nails and are all more or less the same length.

on another note my bump is really solid today, lo's movements have been distinctly uncomfy or even a bit painful today, lots of stabby foof pains too. i feel so tensed up and tight and its uncomfy to sit anywhere but my ball. i cant tell if its crampy or if its squirmy baby lol. also im sure my bump has shrunk....i posted pics in the sticky.

well i gave up on sleep. had a few hours and woke up feeling crampy. bump is still a bit solid but not so crampy when im up and about so i shall see how long it takes for me to get tired enough to sleep again.

Hello everyone don't get chance to come on here much recently. STILL in hospital. Noahs had extremely high jaundice levels and ended up in scbu. He got a lot better and returned to me a few days later, for it to rise again and be put In an incubator again. This will be my 9th day in hospital and Noahs now 8 days old. So frustrating, but at least he's been looked after!

Samsiglr I still think you and Bev will both go into labour by the end of the weekend

I was having more pains last night but not as bad as the night before

On a happy note its my last day in work today and im soooo feckin Happy, roll on 1 oclock

hmmmm i wonder.....my mum said this morning that she thinks i am close and so not to go far!! dont worry.....the sofa is my new home. hubby says i need to add 'The Sofa' to my address...ha ha..cheeky git x

Well our heating at home has broken and not in a good way, it wont turn off!! So its like going on bloody holiday in our house. Last night had all the windows open.

Rachel, its good to hear from you and I hope you can go home soon.

samsgirl: don't get yourself worked up if the baby isant here in the next week, don't want you to put pressure on yourself. You never know you could go to full term or over. (God, just read what I have put and I sound bloody horrible, please don't take it in a horrible way.)

its okay...no pressure here..it can stay in as long as it likes i am terrified...ha ha

i have a scan and a meeting with consultant on tuesday and so i would quite like to have that so i know where i stand...so there's no rush from this end...except hubby wants to meet boo boo....a lot!!!

hey ladies, i just got up again lol. got a bit of sleep finally.

does anyone else actually hate waking up now cos it hurts when ya do lol. not crampy anymore but still have a solid bump which feels odd, its like its shrunk to fit baby and there isnt any room, i can see every move she makes even tho i cant feel a lot of them unless i have my hand on there. must be the same for her cos she tends to move when i put my hand on the side of bump.
dont worry i will text hugsy if anything actually happens but i know it could carry on like this for the next few weeks and still not happen lol. so uncomfy tho so i hope it dosent. one of the feb ladies said a mw told them that first time labours only usually start after waters breaking or a show so if i get either of those i may actually think im gonna pop otherwise i will tend to think i just got cramps lol.

thats what my bump is like bev...it is solid and you can literally see where baby is lying!! its not quite as tight today as it was yesterday...i can also see every wriggle and squirm and boo boo must be running out of room in there...which is why i think it keeps pushing its head further into my groin...which proper tickles at the moment but not when the shotting cervix pains happen!! its like its using its little hands to help push down and i am getting lots of tickles and squirms by my groin...its weird...

i have decided its just much more comfy to stay sat down......poor hubby is my slave

oh and tmi but i am on my 3rd poo of the day already today...ha ha ha

lol not got that far yet, tho i did go about 3 times yesterday evening and each time it was looser than the last.

only just got up so im having crumpets for brunch and coffee an juice cos im really thirsty

hope things start moving for you bev and samsgirl! how exciting it would be to have some march mummy labour watches!

I'm off out this afternoon with some friends to get our make up done then for dinner which will be nice! hope i dont miss too much!

im going food shopping later with the OH so now on my list is hospital bag snacks and lots of things to drink lol. oh and fruit, lots and lots of yummy watery fruit.
