**March 2012 Babies**

I hope boo boo is here soon for you samsgirl! we should put bets on :)

Hugsy - glad you are nearly finished work then you can put your feel up for a bit

The night time peeing is driving me nuts, can never get back to sleep after i'm up, was up 5 times last night, not very good at sleeping during the day either :(

I have a hospital bag question, i've not done mine yet but wondering what clothes you are bringing with you for wearing during the day if get kept in, just had a thought that i dont want to be sitting round in my PJ's in busy ward at visiting time, oh the things we think of eh? x

Iv just bought 2 pairs of cheap trackie bottoms and vests as they will be comfy and wont care if im bleeding badly and ruin them lol and feel slightly more dressed than in jammies, although it is only a step up haha

think il need to buy more new ones though cos of the weight gain the ones i got a month ago prob not gonna fit now

i have some comfy trousers and a long top...just comfort stuff basically......

Ooooh, I hadn't thought about that.

I'm probably going to take leggings and a long smock type top thing.

i will sit round in my jammies lol, i dont care what i look like and im hard pressed to bother getting dressed nowdays if im not leaving the house anyway. had a crap nights sleep last night, painful hips and needed to pee like 5 times, odd feeling in my bum now and slightly greenish stuff on wipeing this morning but nothing major lol.
ooh i hope booboo gets out soon for you samsgirl, i dont wanna be first to pop naturally and your ahead of me by a few days anyway lol.
hugsy i think id freak if my eye started bleeding!
nurse i know what you mean about the sleeping during the day, i feel like im wasting the day away if i sleep then and its just not the same as a good nights rest tho i may be remembering that wrong lol

thanks ladies, i'm thinking my good old maternity leggings will do the trick for hosp and they wont take up too much room in my bag! they are just too comfy as well.

Bev ive never been a day time sleeper, but in tri1 i was sleeping through the day sometimes, it sucks being so uncomfy at nights! i cant wait to sleep on my tummy again. sounds like you are samsgirl may join the feb mummies :)

Anyone else sweating really bad at nights? its horrible, never been like this before but waking up sweating and feel horrible in the morning.

oh god yeah , i was always a cold person and went up a good few degreees since gettin pg but at night i do take the covers right off me cos i wake up in a sweat and do be convinces i left the heating on or someting, like proper on holidays in 35 degree type sweating

apparently we end up freezing once the placenta comes out though so iv packed extra warm socks and hoody in my bag too just to be safe cos i HATE being cold

I was just about to ask if anyone was getting stupidly hot at night! I too am normally cold but I am so hot at night - I need to have the window wide open and I am now just wearing a little vest thing to bed and can't have the covers on me. I've had a cold which has gone but I am left with a cough and being so hot at night means I am just coughing constantly! Need to pee regularly and the heartburn is pretty bad! Hips are causing me a lot of pain too. LOL all I do is moan!!!

Never even thought about what to wear in the hospital - like the sound of maternity leggings, mine are so comfy. Might also get some joggers.

Can't believe how close we are all getting! I am hoping the next 6 weeks go quickly now as I too am getting a bit fed up of being pregnant.

xx

In the hospital I am going to we have private rooms, so I wont be going on a ward, so I don't really care what I am wearing as I will be telling the DH who I want to come and see me and who I don't.

But I am thinking about the journey home, as I want to be as comfy as possible, I don't know what my body will go through.

Oh your lucky littlemuffin, getting a private room would be fab :) think then i would just wear my PJ's the whole time :)

Going to change my duvet over to a lighter one today, poor OH will just have to freeze, oh no hugsy sounds like i'm going to be freezing when baby comes out, will bring some nice warm socks to hosp although those places are usually like ovens so prob wont feel it till we get home.

I feel your pain coolbeans, i'm fed up of the aches and pains of pregnancy now :( on a better note finally washed some of babies blankets and sheets today so feel a bit better and going to get OH to get my hosp bag down from the cupboard when he gets home so i can get started with that next few days!

ooh yeah im always hot at night since gettin preg, then again i get too hot during the day too lol. ive just rooted thru my OH's pile of clothes that hes wearing currently (anyone else's OH have about 5 outfits on the go and leave them in a pile?) and thrown all but 1 outfit into the wash lol. he'll get a shock when he comes home. put away the last of the washed 3-6 and 6+ month baby clothes too. im thinking of taking down the curtains in our bedroom as the track isnt quite long enough and my OH tends to hang things on the ends to block out the light so if i put up a new curtain track it will solve that problem and then i can reuse the track from there to put up curtains in the babys room too. i really must be bored cos ive also folded and put away OH's clean laundry. and almost finished the dishes too but got a pan or 2 soaking lol.

Aw I feel like I'm missing out on so much chat! I've just called up to get broadband so hopefully will be back with you all in 5-10 days :) so no popping until I'm back! :) I'm just at my mums using her internet. I will be able to catch up a few times a week but no where near as much as I could. I think it's time to get a better phone! :)

Nearly all settled in just need to go ikea to get wardrobes and storage for bathroom and living room. Also got a bet on with OH whether baby or sofa will arrive first he thinks sofa I think baby. They both due around the same time! :)

I have done all baby's washing and sorted his stuf out into drawers by age. All his nappies are done and put away. Everything is sorted and we are prepared for him to arrive now but would be nice to have somewhere to sit! :)

Hope you're all doing well and the sleep isn't too bad at nights. I can sleep during the day one of m strengths! :) I haven't been any hotter though I think I've actually been colder...I snuggle into OH as he's always hot!

Anyways I'm off home now will catch up with you all soon!

Nurse: I'm bringing some joggers as well...I know there will be a lot of people there, but I just want to be comfortable.

I've bought breast shields today - incase they get really sore, I can use them, so I will be able to breastfeed anyway. Tomorrow I think I will go to Ikea and sort out some stuff for our bathroom, to make it practical for our little girl:)

I'm finished working now, so I'm not that fed up of being pregnant any more! I feel so relieved, now I can do stuff in the house, sleep and relax!! It's lovely!

finished my list of chores lol, even found a couple of new ones to do. my mum came round while i was sorting out swapping the curtain rails round and wouldnt let me do it alone lol. only jobs left to do round the house now are actual diy like putting up the odd shelf and finishing tileing the bathroom but i cant do the tileing til i find my float thingy lol. might have to buy a new one before the end of the week so i can have something to do.

feckin hell Bev where d ya get d energy, im so wrecked iv pretended iv hosp app in d mosr just so i can have a etra hour lie in before goin to work lol

A2M sounds like the move went pretty well :) and ya even had time to do baby washing, really need some of wht u girls have lol

lol i think its mostly cos sitting down isnt comfy and its such a pain to get up that i dont wanna sit down, ive always got easily bored and have like a million hobbies on the go at any one time. personally i think its slightly to do with how i am as a person and a touch of aspergers syndrome but god forbid i say that to anyone i know lol, my mum was deeply unhappy when i suggested i had anything abnormal about my psychological makeup. i couldnt just sit around all day doing nothing, id get depressed lol. i need something to occupy my mind if nothing else, its why i love books so much.

Oh my gosh feeling so much pressure down below - have been walking like John Wayne today!! Hope it means my little man is going to come early! Xx

Pressure down there is a good sign I've heard!!!:) Sounds exciting wbm!!!

I've picked up my pram today  and done some shopping on Ikea. So now I've got almost all things sorted out! I only got to buy some snacks for my hospital bag and pick up the car seat and basket left:)

I've also started writing a letter to my labour ward - some people do it here in Norway, and I thought it would be nice to get down my wishes for my labour before I'm in the middle of it. I think I'll just give it to them when I arrive at the hospital.

Do you do a similar thing over there?

yeah,,,we can sort a birth plan. it gets written in our notes.....not that mine has been done yet...i dont really have one other than 'can i have an epidural please'...lol

heard the one thing i never thought i would hear today when being pregnant...someone said to me 'you cant even tell you are pregnant from behind you are all bump'...

i have always struggled with my weight but have lost so much fat whilst being pregnant (dunno how) that i am slimmer than i was before being pregnant!!! its mad...always just assumed i would be HUGE!! very proud of myself..xx

im the same, slimmer everywhere but bump its awesome!
