Oh I'm jealous I did absolutely nothing today! All my plans got cancelled because I just couldn't be bothered. Going to do some baby stuff tonight and power through, you girls are making me feel unprepared! 31 days to go oh my god!

Me and OH almost left each other trying to figure out the baby wrap from the baby box last night haha. OH took a temper at me and tried it on himself and pretty much wrapped himself up like a geisha. Hopefully it's easier once baby is here lol

Good day here, coffee table is gone and moses basket is all set up for day time naps. DD also got her present for the baby all organised.

I spent a good 45mins playing on the floor with dd and her farm toys and I really regret it, my pgp is so bad tonight, really hoping it goes away shortly after birth. Also just sneezed and had the biggest leak ever, so embarrassing, it's my own fault though I knew I needed a wee about 30mins before and didn't go so that's what I get

God I'm getting so nervous about labour, really just want it done with now. 37 weeks tomorrow! (Ticker is out but can't be bothered to change it)

Shep ohhhh your baby girl is so close, can't believe you're full term tomorrow. I'm also getting nervous now about labour again. I feel she's going to be big :/ I haven't really been using my haemorrhoid cream, or my perineum oil properly which I think I'm going to regret xx

KHTW ha the wrap with the baby box has the baby's legs going in the "frog leg position", which none of dds dolls can do. Thats what me and oh were arguing about so much last night lol. I was like "how am I supposed to practice putting her in if I cant do the leg part!!" Ridiculous really xx

For the past couple hours I have had the worst back pain! It started on the left lower back and now in the middle back, worse when I walk and is getting more and more painful! I have no idea what's happening to me just glad I'm seeing midwife tomorrow!

When your having a great dream about playing cards in a dark corner of a bar with Hugh Jackman.... and you get woken up by a dog nudging your leg cause she needs a wee!!!!! Epic fail!!!!

Long hot night again with acid til about 1am! Looks like it might be cooler today thank god!

Morning all,

No sleep for me. Do fans take a lot of electric? Mine has been on 24-7 lol. Been up since 5am and pretty much just pottering about until nursery time. Hopefully it's cooler today!

Ohh and I think baby has actually dropped now. Was in the bath this morning and the big lump I get sticking out usually was more at my belly button, rather than higher up. Also a lot of shooting pains so will see on Wednesday what she's at

Jem fx you're feeling better today. Hopefully midwife can help you out regarding the pain, at least tell you the likely cause. Could be baby moving down. I feel you, back pain is the worst! Xx

Sorry you've not had a great night Shanivy, I always thought fans did use a lot of electricity but I don't know

I went to bed at 9 but got up at 11 for a wee, could have been like a dream wee but husband was still up and came in asking me to look at something in his eye, switched the light and started chatting away so I woke up properly and didn't get bk to sleep until after 1 (que eye roll)

Shanivy I've been terrible with my hemmeroid cream to which isn't helping my nerves. I've used the massage oil but maybe only twice a week so I should up that to.

37 weeks today but don't think she's coming anytime soon

I texted my MW today asking and she directed me straight to GP!!

I don't even want to think about how they are going to look after the birth!

Shan mines been on all the time to, leave it on for the dogs when were out aswell, so hope it isn't alot aha.
Fx baby has dropped! I've been having such pain and pressure down below so hoping the same.

KH, have a bath with salt in, helps reduce it.
Have consultant today.. Not expecting much.
The pain in my back which I think is BH is awful today!!!

Midwife was really good today thank god! Baby's heart rate was accelerated but she said it sorted itself out and could be because he was moving around. Everything's fine and she said the pains I'm getting are a good thing as it means my cervix is preparing itself for labour and not to worry (which I'm not) so I'm glad I haven't got myself in a panic about it all as I thought it would be normal haha x

Ooh Jem and PB... It all sounds encouraging. I can't wait for these babies to start coming. Thanks for those giving me the bad news about the baby maybe not dropping for some time lol... Sigh. Gosh I have to keep rubbing right under the boobs where baby is always kicking.

Anyone else suddenly struggling to sleep? I was sleeping pretty deep throughout Pregnancy so far cuz I was so tired all the time... Now I feel like I don't get more than an hour at a time. Every time I go to pee, baby wakes up and decides to move around loads, or gets the hiccups and I can't cope lying on one side for too long without having pain in my side, hip and bump. And sometimes I'm just awake for no reason! I guess it's all good preparation for when he's here!

Morning ladies,

Jem, glad mw has said it's all fine and we've got the fans on constantly here too. We invested in some wall mounted fans a few years back and when oscillating, they reach every corner of the rooms they're in. Thank god too as so many wee trips last night, keeping cool really helped me nod off again.

I too have joined the haemorrhoid club. Tiny little one not bothering me at the moment but recommendations for creams please ladies

Baby here is either absolutely huge or desperate to get out as I swear it's trying to dig out of my fanny arse, ribs and side all at the same time, lol.

Oooh thank god it's foggy with light mist type rain. Plus way cooler here today... and I'm loving it!!! Got to pick up Ivy without feeling like I was dying haha. Pelvis is killing me walking today though, cant win eh?

PB my back is getting bad, I'm sure it's cause she's dropped though. Watch me go to the hospital on wed to be told "nope she not dropped" at all lol. Good luck for consultant today, what is it for? xx

Jem all sounding good! When I was on the trace last time, baby's heartbeat went up to 170 and I was like omfg since it's usually 130-140. But apparently it was from her moving around just. You never know perhaps your feeling of going early might be right lol xx

JaneyJan yes! Me, I've been up since 5am today. I think it's the heat too. My fan is on all night. Then it's either pain or peeing lol. I swear I'd get more sleep when she's actually here xx

Oh yes Jem, don't worry about the elevated heart rate for baby. Dan and I got really worried at our first monitoring in triage as it was steady 150bpm for 10 minutes, then shot up to 180 and back down, then shot up to 170, then back down. Did this repeatedly but midwife nowhere to be found. She came in and said it's perfectly normal and what they look to see as it means baby is active.
