He's back to his normal self today, hasn't stopped! Probably a growth spurt or something.
Have my scan tomorrow can see how fat he is, and if he's low yet. My scan at 36+ weeks with dd you couldn't see her head anymore she was on her way aha. Hoping he's getting ready to come at 37 lol

Jem, my cervix is low to, I think its normal around this late in pregnancy, everything is getting ready but ask your midwife, you should have an appointment soon?

You cant make anything out when they're that big anyway aha. He just kept scanning lower and lower and said yeah she's too far down (he didn't want to scan my pubes ahahaha).
I'm glad I went in even though he started moving loads while we was waiting lol, the midwife said i should be having regular growth scans :/ and she was really shocked that i hadn't had one since 20w. I was like.. I was just going along with what Drs said, you know I assume they know what they're doing. And really when i stop aspirin at 36 weeks they need to scan me for the blood flow in cord, because blood flow is the reason I lost all my pregnancies before. So I'm gonna be like I want weekly scans from 36 weeks to my consultant.

PB sounds like so much going on for you! You put trust in your doctors and then you still don't know if the right things are happening, how annoying for you!

I'm not seeing anyone till next week. Midwife appointment monday next week and scan and consultant Wednesday next week. Doesn't feel like it's only been a week since I saw that bitch of a midwife and not heard anything back about my complaint yet either x

What a shit ass day!!!!!
Over active hormones haven’t helped at all!!
So I get a phone call when I’m at work (I’m a big animal lover and have ferrets and dogs) telling me one of the ferrets has died (I had 5....now 4) think it was because of the weather with it being so hot and muggy plus her age and she’s only gone this morning so glad it wasn’t my turn to check on them else I wouldn’t have gone to work (silly I know but I get so attached to all the animals I have) so had a cry at work but carried on then leaving work I hit a metal post i have to drive past twice a day and have done the past 2 years.... I cried all the way home then cried even more when other half said don’t worry we’ll get it sorted ( his face said you stupid twat what you crying for) !!!!!!! So got in had a shower and bought myself to bed!!!

Enough of the self pity!!!!

Got midwife and midwife support worker on Wednesday not sure what to expect from them both but got the Mother coming with me (don’t think I’m safe to be out alone lol)

So I ordered raspberry leaf capsules in case my consultant talks me out of c-section this Thursday. Arriving today.

I had a decent night sleep but still feeling tired. The need to pee at least twice at night is killing me! x

I hope so but I’m very emotional this morning think everything is catching up with me and I’m so tired now I need to rest so I’m glad Just today and Thursday left at work.

So sorry to hear that Amy. Ferrets are wonderful little souls with huge and individual characters so I hope people around you understand how much losing one will hurt.

Not had a proper catch up yet but PB, glad baby is moving better now.

I'm sat in hospital just starting the two hour wait for after drinking the GGT syrup. Horrid but I just necked it and feel fine now. Bloods was interesting, one blood test, 4 holes and they have to try again in 2 hours, lol

Should I be worrying? As I'm not at all!

Since Sunday night I've been having what I assume are Braxton hicks with the top of my bump tightening and getting very uncomfortable. So I've had them Sunday night and most of yesterday nothing today yet. They aren't regular and not long or anything but happening quite frequent but in no pattern. Anyway today, I've got period pains and my lower back is hurting, feel like pressure in my back. My back hasn't hurt at all during pregnancy.

Should I be concerned? I'm not in pain or anything and nothing is regular etc.. But I don't really know what I'm looking out for! I don't wanna ring anyone in case they wanna check me out and I have a full on bush that I'm waiting for OH to sort out for me lol.

Hmmm... is the baby moving OK? I would say if you are not in pain and the baby is moving fine then I wouldn't worry. But if your gut tells you something else, don't overthink but go get checked x

Jem there's no harm in going and getting checked. If you've no bleeding or plug loss they might not check you internally anyway

Hmmm... is the baby moving OK? I would say if you are not in pain and the baby is moving fine then I wouldn't worry. But if your gut tells you something else, don't overthink but go get checked x

Jem, those are some of the signs I've been told to call triage at the hospital about so I would maybe run it past them but not worry if that makes sense. I get Braxton hicks that last anything from 5 minutes to three fucking hours of a rock hard uterus and it happens all the bloody time. It's what's normal for me so I'm told not to worry. If this is not normal for you, better to call and go get checked. Nobody cares about your bush lol xxx

Ooh I would wait and see what happens, unless as already mentioned, baby's not moving much! If you phone and they think you may or may not be in labour I'm pretty sure they say something like, take 2 paracetamol and wait and see what happens or try a warm bath etc. Maybe it's just the body preparing!

I'm waiting for the doc to phone me to ask him/her to sign me off work, going to another midwife appointment in a bit too! Argh I almost forgot to take a pee sample, I always forget!

Yeah I'm not worried tbh. I think it's just one of those things so I'm just gonna wait and see if it progresses into anything. I don't want to faff about going 30 mins away to get checked out when it's most likely nothing. If it gets any worse I'll ring up but for now I think I'm not too bothered lol, thanks guys sounds like we're pretty much in agreement not to worry! X

Jem, they don't always tell you to come in, they can try and diagnose what it is over the phone.

Had my scan, baby is fine. He's facing my back apparently so can't feel as much, usually he faces my left.
Anyways he is estimated 6lbs now, and his head and belly are measureing 37 weeks LMAO.
