*July 2018 Mummies*

Thanks! Wish I could skip the bath but the child of mine has a thing for putting sand in her hair these days so no choice but to bath her! She is all clean now and we are just about to read stories then I am falling asleep with her!!! xx

Lol, dd falls asleep around half 8 for the night and were always in bed for 9. I've had to leave hubby to put dd to bed tonight I'm so drained barely keep my eyes open it's only 8 FFS. Still have nausea tho. Only 6 more weeks

Morning, I've caught up with some posts but not all

See most of us are in the tired mums club now. I'm always in bed by 9.

Will be shattered later, DD had a nightmare at 4am and insisted on coming into my bed, between her toes wriggling on my legs and baby's wriggling on my ribs I didn't get bk to sleep :( pretty sure dd didn't sleep again either, she's currently watching some very random early tv with husband

My next to me crib came yesterday! Going to wait until husband has some free time to help me put it up. My brain just turns to mush looking at instruction sheets atm

Anyone got nice plans for the long weekend?

Morning everyone. Definitely tired mums club here. Another day of me being furious about OH waking me up at just after 4am. Snoozing alarms over and over at 4 am are you having a laugh.

Shep oooh exciting get it built. I had to take mine down again because baby born was constantly in and out of it lol xx

Health visitor and midwife today. Then I told Ivy I'd take her to the big park since she's off and I'm sure it's the first thing she'll ask when she wakes up. No real plans here for the weekend as of yet. I'd like to spend it sleeping lol.

Think I just felt a little foot sticking out

Good morning mamas!

I got a good night sleep for once and feeling a bit better! Just had a bagle for breakfast and the little lady is going crazy in there!! I constantly get her elbow/knee/ foot (can't exactly tell) poking out!

I haven't even thought about building my next to me crib and downstairs cot! I think I will do that a week before due date.

No solid plans for this weekend, thinking of going to the beach again on Saturday with some friends and maybe swimming on Sunday morning. Manage to get maternity swimsuit of amazon for £13 down from£35! Oh and I have a lot of ironing to do... A LOT! x

Morning! I'm also furious with my OH and all the snoring he did last night. He'd better make up for it today and take me out for lunch after our scan.

We opened some of the baby stuff last night. Managed to put together the bouncer and were investigating the car seat to see how it works. That didn't require any assembly and it still almost ended in divorce haha. It didn't come with an instruction book, instead you had to scan a QR code to get the instructions and we were struggling to even get it to scan. We eventually got it to work and then decided that was enough for one day!

Shep maybe you'll get time to put the next to me up this weekend.

I think we might be having a barbecue with friends tonight so looking forward to that although I'm craving a cider right now! :'(

I was naughty last week malagueta and shared a cider with husband, the warm weather made me crave one so much and it was lovely.

Beach day sounds nice khtw I might copy you

Well, as my husband so nicely put (although the phrase is usually reserved for sheep) I'm "bagging up", boobs have gotten fuller the last two days and are quite tender, I'd say colostrum production has begun! I was thinking I'd take dd shopping for a helmet so she can use her scooter outside this weekend and I think I'll hit Debenhams for some nursing bras to

I did have a taste of pink gin with lemonade, was lovely haha.

Pissing it down here! Hopefully will clear in the afternoon lol.

Shep, my boob's have been killing me for weeks! I looked down last night and saw a big wet patch on my right side, was gonna squeeze some out for dd to drink but hubby said its disgusting??? She drank it as a newborn! I wasn't putting her on my titty or anything. She's only 9 months she'd still be BFing if I didn't stop.. I don't see the problem but hey ho

Hahaaa, exactly what Dan said to me. I checked the mare last night and said that she was starting and he said, "what? Bagging up like you are?" Lol
The mare is due 28th June so praying she goes over so that I'm home for her and to help Dan. Have got cover on standby but obviously would prefer to be around myself. It's a very special foal due, possible future Olympic dressage horse so feeling the pressure a bit, lol.

No real plans for us this weekend other than sorting out the house. There's a food festival in the forest that we'll check out tomorrow and my dad is bringing my nan over for lunch on Sunday so that will be nice. Otherwise, it's trips to the tip and decorating, lol

Got my baby shower on Sunday :)

OHs dad is really ill, currently waiting for an ambulance for him. He has parkinsons and has been passing out and falling over recently. He's 83! The paramedics checked him over this morning and want him to go into hospital as there are concerns about his heartbeat, but there are no ambulances apparently so just gotta wait!

It's a good sign (oddly) that he's having to wait as he would absolutely get an ambulance if he was in critical need as ambulances are triaged. I've had a neighbour taken off an ambulance on her driveway before as the ambulance had to be sent to a more critical patient. Very worrying for you all though so I hope he's not waiting too long.

Baby shower sounds exciting :)

Ugh ran about daft getting Ivy and I showered, dressed and house cleaned for this health visitor coming out at 10 and she's flipping late. Knowing I have to leave for a Midwife appointment too. Fab. Was going to blow my hair out properly but thought i wouldn't have time and now I would have  I think today is going to one of those days where all the little things really make me mad.

Jem aw how exciting having your baby shower! Hope it's good weather. Fx for OHs dad hope als as well as it can be with him xx

GG my goodness may be pushing it with the mare hun! You are so bloody dedicated to your horses though xx

Ah lovely you've got your baby shower Jem I hope you have a fantastic time! I hope your FIL is ok

Haha PB if my husband reacted like that I'd have to sneak some into his coffee! I did do that at one point to my husband for a laugh but he wasn't bothered and was happy to drink it.

GG hope the horse holds off for you and gives you a chance to have a few days rest following your section before she labours

Horses are twats, she'll probably foal on the 27th when neither me or Dan can be there, lol. She's a gorgeous mare. Horses are in my blood. That old saying of do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life is true so I'm very lucky. Need to remind myself of that when I'm stuck in mud middle of winter with a herd being wankers though, lol.

This is a pretty gross and embarrassing subject, but I've had to wear liners most of the way through this pregnancy because of increased discharge. But recently I'm pretty sure there's urine on the pads too, I don't understand as I never feel myself leak and always wipe properly etc when I go. Is it possible for it leak out and me have no feeling of it? X

Possibly Jem baby's head is pressing down so could be. Don't worry too much. Maybe try sitting back down again once you've wiped? I've actually peed myself this time with a coughing fit so trust me it won't last hun. Xx

So random but coming home and just had to help some kid out of a tree. Good luck you ladies with boys lol

Midwife appointment went well. Baby is head down but slightly sideways. She moved about so midwife got to see and feel her age she was like ooh that must be uncomfortable in that position . I was like well yeah lol. Lost over a stone in weight since I was weighed at 21 weeks. But she said since I've been ill constantly they can take that as the reason so it's fine. Took 2 years to try and lose weight who knew I just had to get pregnant lol. Appointment at the hospital for 36 week so I can decide if I want my homebirth or the hospital. Urine iron bp all good and back to normal I feel so much better :)

Ah okay well I'm not keen on being pissy pants hahaha this baby owes me!!!

OHs dad is in hospital they're not happy with his ecg and think he may have left ventricular block which isn't good news due to his age parkinsons. Just waiting to hear next steps now! Nightmare x

Ah that's wonderful that all is good from today Shan. You've had such a rough ride, hopefully this end bit will be good for you.

Jem, you should have your 34 week midwife appointment very soon, but not sure due to the issues with the midwife if you've managed to book with another one but..whoever you see, mention it to them. That said, agree with Shan, it's no doubt pressure on bladder meaning little leaks.

When I go to the loo, I sit there for ages to let every last bit dribble out as I got fed up of having to go back 5 minutes later.

Glad he got in eventually. It's amazing what can be done with the heart now but the Parkinsons can complicate things sometimes...usually though, it will be a reduction in those meds while the heart is sorted and then parkinsons meds reintroduced. Xx

Thanks GG, I'm definitely hoping for an easier 6 weeks xx

Jem hope he's okay. I'm sure my fil had a block last week but they flushed it? He's 71, but pretty fit regardless. Fx for your FIL. Also forgot to say, leaning forward now when you pee helps especially now baby is bigger.xx
