GG, most people have a problem with babies close together. It's bloody tiring but why not?! It doesn't affect anyone else... Everyone I see Drs/midwives keep asking what contraception I'm going to use, 'because it's so easy to get pregnant after giving birth, as you know' is what i keep getting told. I dont have time for sleep, let alone dtd LMAO.

Thanks and I know the fact that they have put me in for a scan and an antenatal at the end of the week probably means they aren't worried. But I really hate the last bit of pregnancy, it made me very antsy the last time too. So close, I just want the baby here!
My mil isn't helping things. She had a stillborn at 39 weeks and is always like "are they sure that's right/tell them you want seen/have you asked them" etc etc. And she always had a negative experience to scare you with. Mind you her baby she lost was before OH was even born, I think about 28 years ago? She just makes me very anxious with everything she says.
And I think it's wonderful if you are wanting to try asap. I don't get the issue with babies close together at all. Xx

Good luck for your scan too hun, fx yours is earlier in the week than mine! I really hope all gets sorted for your home birth. Have my fingers crossed for you, I know how important it is if you've chosen to have baby at home to get the all clear. Xx

my husband has fallen asleep super early and I've sat on my own all evening after being lonely all day and waiting for him to get out of work. I know I'm just being a selfish twat cuz he must need the sleep - he's not one to lie about tbh. But like... I just want to cry

I can't wake him haha it would feel like kicking a kitten! He was tired earlier and I get it but I've been such a clingy mess with these hormones and I feel like I've no one else
and now I'm lying here on the bed beside him staring at a wall really and wishing I could talk to him xx

Were OK, I started a thread in ask a mum as been feeling shit, headaches, sick etc going Drs tomorrow. Lucas is brilliant though gained 10oz in 5 days, 7lbs now. I've started breastfeeding aswell as pumping now, thought would struggle to get him to latch since I haven't been bfing but he took to it first try... Just takes ages compared to pumping lol

Shan, lol, sorry, keeping you all in suspense. At least we know when we'll find out, if not before.
I'm so over analysing every stinger than normal bh, every cm heavy wipe after a wee, every odd twinge etc. As hard as it now is moving this massive lump around, I am actually obsessed with the idea of trying for a second straight away. I'll be 40 in November. Dan and I fell pregnant every cycle we tried and each cycle, we actually it managed to dtd once in each fertile week so conception is not a problem for us. Hopefully, being hormonally primed, we will get a sticky bean really quickly again.
Ask me again after a few weeks of having a newborn if I'm still feeling so keen, lol

You do not know how bloody jealous I am of this achievement right now... I cant have chocolate unless I want a date with the bathroom and head down toilet for a few hours!!!!!
Starting to feel a bit human again virus is finally fleeing my body thank god!!!
Baby is very active and wriggling well also the dogs are glued to me maybe they know something is going to happen soon.... one of the dogs has been by my side since we found out but the other couldnt have cared less but now even she has changed....

GG I couldn't do it, but good on you and get yourself baby number 2 ASAP. I think I'm over analysing everything too, I think I need to take the same approach as I did to conceive and just ignore everything for a while instead of obsessing and then maybe it will just happen!
I've lost any hope in him coming any earlier! Keep getting period cramps and BH but that's so normal now and he's been a very lazy baby throughout the pregnancy and head down since 24 weeks, so I really think he's just comfy and lazy and no sign at all that he'll come early lol.
Has anyone else had any loose BM and bit of urgency? Not diarrhoea but just loose. It's irritating me now! I've only had it a day but I've never had problems like this before (feeling for those who suffer with IBS or similar!) and been constipated mostly whilst pregnant. Really not enjoying the urgency either.

I joke that this baby is Australian as it's been head down from the very beginning with the exception of a few weeks breech, lol.
Oh my god. Just realised that we'll meet babybis week tomorrow. I think I'm going to be like this every day now, like the countdown is well and truly ON!

Khtw read your post while lying in bed this morning and it made me want a chocolate breakfast haha. I'm really craving some fiona cairns cupcakes, they're so expensive but I think I'll treat dd and I to a box today

Jem I can't really comment on the BM as my IBS doesn't sound like the same thing, hopefully your body is clearing out
I had some low back pain last night and my nerves from hips down to knees are really sore, kind of hoping it means she's moving lower but since she was only 2/5 palpable last time she can't really get lower without falling out haha. I've been worried she's in more of a transverse position again and now having nightmares about cord prolapse. Wish my midwife app was today rather then Thurs

Morning. Woke up and Oh had eaten the rest of my Jaffa cakes before work the dick. I'm struggling taking Ivy to nursery, need this week over with! I'm so jealous of anyone who doesn't have a nursery run this morning. DD is also being soooooo slow which isn't helping.
Don't know if I mentioned it but I signed myself up for Ivy's first proper nursery trip on Monday. That will be fun haha (sarcasm!) 9-2 at the big woodland park with SIXTY children. Fucking sixty.
Jem me for a few days now. Thought it meant things were moving but apparently this baby doesn't want to ever move so. Hopefully it means something more for you lol xx
