Jem, lovely bump. I found I was massive with my first and not my second, if you were to have more maybe you'll not be as big as this time? (I don't think you look big BTW, I just see a baby bump).
You don't need OH for an orgasm, haha! If he don't want to just do yourself... Might bring on contractions
Shep, have a long walk then go home and have a bounce on your ball (if you have one).

Lucas is doing fine, was weighed on Thurs weighed 7lbs 2oz! Gaining the lbs really fast. He's a mini me haha. My cousin had a pic of his son and they look exactly the same. (were closer than normal cousins tho, my mom is his moms sister and our dads are bros). But me and my cousin looked identical when we were kids. And both our daughters looks the same aha! So weird.
Had my first alcoholic beverage! (Gonna pump and dump my breast milk, pumped enough to keep him going). Wow, I was completely fked after half a glass of wine... Haha!

Glad lucas is doing well, we have very comfy babys in this group other than little impatient lucas! I hoped having the same due date as you may have brought me some luck but nope haha! Soooooo jealous about the alcoholic drink lol!

So, a tie on Wednesday eh Shep. I'll hold you to that, lol.
Here's a pic of me today. Feeling great now I have ranitidine in my life again, lol.
We'd been out shopping for a couple of hours and I was pretty exhausted just with the heat so my ankles were starting to get a bit puffy but went down as soon as I put them up for 10 minutes. We have everything little last thing we need now so feeling really good about that.
Hope we all have a fabulous week. X

I don't feel huge but people tell me that I look as tho I am about to burst!
I am finally showered and on the sofa. Managed to sort out living room wallpaper all by myself (around new windows, not the whole room lol), even hubby was impressed. Going home & snack bag for the hospital are packed. Hubby sterelised the breast pump for me so I would say this was a good day. Tired now x

Amazing bumps ladies! Jem I don't think it looks that big! These babies are well and truly nearly here. I think my bump looks smaller now that baby has dropped, anyone else find that?
And Jem and PB, we haven't been able to have proper sex for the last few months for similar reasons as pb, but we do other stuff and omg. An orgasm for me sets off the. Strongest. Braxton Hicks. Ever. I will definitely be trying to get some more of that closer to the time..
Laura, I know how you feel being behind the rest of the group. Still waiting to hit 36 weeks on Wednesday. But they'll be here soon I'm sure.
My sister is literally in labour every day this week, with contractions and pains all night and then stopping in the day and then today she went and fell over and sprained her ankle and it's massive. So she's now having on and off contractions and can barely move! On the couch with her foot in the air.
Be careful ladies! Worst time to be even more immobile!

3 sleeps means two actual full days left. Only got a few teeny bits of housework left to do now so feel good.
Pre-op is at 2pm tomorrow and Dan can't come so my mum is coming with me. I'm looking forward to it and have my list of questions to ask.
I just know that these next few days are going to be gone before we know it. It feels very weird now to have an actual date.

My bump did drop and now he's really high again, plus feeling his hiccups higher rather than low like before. I'm really concerned he's turned round maybe. Seeing midwife tomorrow I'm gonna request a growth scan and consultant again, I'm really worrying about how much I've grown. My mum and OH have both said that I've almost doubled in size the past week :/

Happy Due Date to Me! Had a nice evening with husband last night but I don't think it's done anything, it's weird with dd I lost bits of plug constantly in the weeks before she came but this time I've not lost a drop, I've no discharge either everything seems well sealed. Mum has dd today so I'll have another clean through the house and hopefully chill in the garden today. I really do think of myself as a sheep, I'm sure I won't give birth while it's so hot

Hello ladies! Hope you're all doing well. Been a bit AWOL this last few days as my brothers have been visiting. Lots to catch up on!

38 weeks today!!
I’ve woken up with a hell of a lot of downwards pressure thru my lady bits, my pelvis is very sensitive and painful and stomach feels heavy and sensitive! Oh today will be very long.
Other half thinks she’ll come this week but I’m not confident I think she’s gunna make me suffer lol!

Shep happy due date! thats so interesting about the differences between your first and this pregnancy re plug etc. Hopefully baby doesn't keep you waiting too long!
So freaking exciting!
Great bumps pics everyone! KHTW you look amazing, I would tip forward haha I don't do bump pics as tbh I just feel like a mess right now. Everyone tells me Im super neat and tbh I can still wear my normal clothes but I just feel gross.
PB - so pleased that wee Lucas is doing great, can I be really cheeky and ask you to post a pic again of him? I'm dying to see him and those two you posted didn't work for me for some reason? I have no idea why I bet he's gorgeous though!
Got up this morning, left hubby to work and then came back and realised he'd forgotten to dig the cat carrier from wherever he shoved it in our garage like he said he would...so cue me climbing around the garage like spiderwoman at 8.30am frantically trying to find this bloody thing. Gave up in the end, nearly in tears in the middle of dust and pretty sure there's like a hedgehog or something in there (something was definitely moving) and ended up ringing the vets and rescheduling my furbaby's shave from today until tomorrow. Feel bad as its another day in the heat with all his fur but I literally could not find the thing anywhere. Was considering using a cardboard box but thought they might take my cat off me for cruelty haha also he'd not be best pleased. He's currently sprawled out on our bed with a fan on him so maybe he'll forgive me.
Been super productive already, things had kinda been flung everywhere so just tidied all round me, repacked my hospital bag finally which has just been loose in the cot since Tuesdays adventure haha so I'm prepared again!

So there was me worrying he'd flipped and grown massive... Actually I've not grown at all and they're sending me for a scan for static growth which will be on Friday 38+6. He hasn't flipped luckily but he has gone higher and isn't low at all. They've told me to take my hospital bags with me on Friday just incase as they may want to induce me there and then if things aren't okay, they struggled to find heartbeat today as well!
It was a different midwife today and honestly I could have kissed her she was so lovely!! She said that really there should be no way I'm allowed to go over 40 weeks because if I go over then baby will be very big x
