Aw bless...I think we tend to forget that our partners are going through a tough waiting game too. My hubby was the same a few days ago...I sent him to work because i didnt want the added pressure of having to spit baby out

Central cervix is still goood hun! You never know, this one may be the one Will keep everything crossed (apart from me legs lol) My cervix is still to the left slightly.
I'll try and get online when at the hospital but it depends on how good the signal is. xxx

Mw has been out for a home visit this morning to take my bp again as it was higher than usual yesterday. It's still slightly high. First reading was over 104 !! She did it again a few mins later and had gone down to over 90 but she said 90 is their cut off point so to be on the safe side I have to go to the hospital
I'm not worried, I just think they like to be over cautious, which is good I suppose. I just don't want hospital to induce me if it's still high there because they are being over cautious. All is fine with baby, she is active and heartbeat is good. I have no protein in my urine,no headaches or funny vision. It's just simply slightly raised blood pressure and my swollen feet, all of which is to do with the heat imo.
So now I feel a little bit tearful and anxious and have to sit in a hot stuffy hospital for 2-3 hours, all of which is gonna do my bp the world of good. Sorry for the rant ladies. FX it has come down and they send me home to go into labour naturally. I will definitely be having a sweep while there tho to see if it helps things along. Got nothing to lose anyway xx

Clairabelle - I hope your BP comes down hun so that they can let you go home. It is nice that they are keeping an eye on you, but sometimes maybe they can be a little overcautious. Good Luck.
I've just about finished preening myself lol and will be off to the hospital a little later on. My friend was admitted on a Monday morning to be induced and didnt get home until Thursday afternoon - I really hope that I can be home before then...

My bump buddy is banned for this month from pf os tere anyone who would like to make a labour thread for me when I go in labour? I can add you via facebook and send regular updates via the facebook messenger or whatsapp would be an option too.
I don't know of I will be able to write it myself here because typing on my phone for the forum is quite annoying.
So far I am 39w2d but not in labour yet

It would be best to have someone due after you ? I don't know how much ill get on here with a newborn if she ever decides to turn up otherwise I wold of one it x

Well iv had nothing going on today except iv eaten lots of desserts and had a nap il be the size of the house this is definate comfort eating. I'd really like some wine ideally cold in a large glass ... (Don't worry 9months without il last a bit longer) Come on baby. Husband is also bored of waiting now I have to keep reminding myself good things come to those that wait and I never thought I'd get a healthy pregnancy let alone be waiting over due. I'm anxious now for things to get started though. Which doesn't help. Gotta relaaaaxxx. Howare the rest of you July mummies doing? X
