***January 2017 mummies!*** 3rd Trimester

Wow such a clear face! It took me a few minutes to realise what everyone was seeing, but I see it now! I thought I was looking at the whole body at first and I was like "eh?".

Nah it's not tests for OC as far as I am aware - I've had no itching apart from on my bump where the skin is very stretched and sensitive now, but I am not concerned about OC. My GP referred me for liver function tests because I have had the runs for about 6 weeks now (although it's more on and off between that and constipated this week lol)

Yeah, I'm not going to worry too much as anything urgent would be a phone call. xx

And yes - toddler poo is rank! Bless you having to navigate pull ups for the first time! You'll be fine haha just don't aim bum at any wall paper as newborns can have explosive bums :D

She looks so sweet Millie, glad she's ok!
I'm sure if it was something serious they’d call you in sooner Laura, try not to worry if you can.

I spilt hot gravy down myself 3 tmes last night! Might be time to start sitting at the table!

Went to just 2 shops with my mum this morning, car nearby but had to sit down 3 times, felt exhausted!

How do you sit comfortably with your feet raised but so the bump isn’t in the way?! Can't get the knack!

I don't sit with feet up anymore, I just sit bolt upright with feet on the ground as I find it the most comfortable position!

That's how I've been sitting but I thought putting my feet up would help with my swollen ankles!

I sit with legs apart if feet are up but I don't really sit I usually lie down on lots of pillows or sit on my birthing ball which is soo much comfier xxx

Girls please be honest - do I look huge? I'm getting quite a few comments, people assuming I'm about to drop, can't believe I still have 10 weeks left etc.. I just remember being so fiercely proud of my bump last time I didn't care how big I got but this time i'm feeling so insecure about it :( I don't feel i've gained massively elsewhere as my maternity jeans still fit my bum and legs but my weight gain so far is already 24lbs.. Just feeling a bit embarrassed/annoyed at myself

I've got my rocking chair downstairs so it's slightly laid back and have my legs up on the stool, if i sit for too long with feet down my ankles get even worse & I get a numb bum !

I think it's a lovely bump Kate x

It was an expeireince I shan't be forgetting fast haha! She was an angel for me though (usually possesed by satan I'm sure) so we had a lovely time. Now at work and very sleepy :(

I sit with my legs akimbo and bump lifted and put down in the gap... only way i get comfy really, or i lean on one side.

Getting nervous about my drive to london now... I am the driver as OH doesn't like driving my car but it does better miles and for a 3 hour + journey it seems sensible to take it. I am planning on taking the baby seat, hospital bag etc just in case ... am i crazy? xxxx

Kate you look smaller than me! I was a size 12 when we conceived. I get 'omg your huge' a lot. It can be quite soul destroying when I have always been so self conscious about my weight. I think tbh, people don't know what to say to pregnant women, and maybe presume we want to here that we have grown loads maybe? xxxxx

And don't panick about weight gain as im over the 2 stone mark now ! Midwife doesn't seem the least bit concerned

I think your bump looks perfect Kate :)

I made this last night lol from 7 weeks and 30 weeks! Love doing before/after pics.
My bump is measuring over the centiles but no ones said I look big or anything haha I kind of wish they would! I still worry strangers think I'm just fat haha xx

No Kate, you don't look huge, you've got a lovely bump - and cutie in the background on the sofa haha. You're significantly smaller than I am (but that's to be expected). People just like to comment.. try to take it with a pinch of salt, it can get annoying for sure xx

Hahah lovely bumps all around, I still worry people just think I'm tubby.

The chefs where I work are a bit dim as they only clicked the other day I was pregnant! They just thought me gagging for staff food bang on when it was ready was because I was a greedy cow which now makes sense as they started offering me salads instead!!!!

What I have found serious comfort in, is how much in love my OH is with my bump. And he is very lovely about it, saying i am lucky how i little its changed me everywhere else (i clearly have a much more swollen face and arse, but I can see he is just being nice) .

Also, don't know if it is working or im just lucky, but so far i have 3 stretch marks on my hip and thats it, i'm convinced it is due to smothering myself in collegen gel every evening before bed and after showers so i really reccomend it . xxxx

I think your bump looks just right Kate. I don't think most people know what a full term bump looks like as at 38 +weeks women probably don't venture far! Man in shop today assumed I was about to drop haha! Midwife said I was measuring 37-38 weeks for a singleton but they are tightly packed! Said my stomach muscles are 'amazing' but I might need to relax them if I want twin 1 to turn!

I hope he turns Blueflower! Guessing youve prob tried these already but bouncing on gym ball is meant to help and going on all fours. Might just be coincidence but I went on all fours loads last week and she did turn lol! Xx

Thanks ladies - I feel loads better now, I think it's just the fact that everyone is commenting on my appearance all of a sudden which I find so difficult.. i try to fly under the radar as much as poss!!

Amazing going on the stretch marks Abi! So sweet about your oh :) You'll be fine in London - enjoy it and make as many pit stops as you need on the drive! You were so excited when you organised it - stay positive :) I do all the driving for us too haha oh is useless..

Haha, how are you supposed to go about relaxing your stomach muscles Blue?! Hope he turns for you soon!
