***January 2017 mummies!*** 3rd Trimester

Miserable today isn't it! I've been running a few errands, picked up my last couple of clexane and we have windows in the extension yay! Fingers crossed it's all moving in the right direction!
I'm emotional today, only had to read about walnut the whippets last walk today and I welled up ha ha !
Looks like we are going away for a night next weekend for my birthday ! It's only in Chelmsford which is about half hour away from us so not too far but it's got a pool & it's got a massive bed yay ! Missing my super king as it's at home and hubby's old bed that we are staying on is a normal size and feels soooo small lol

Kate movie night sounds lush! We are off to hubby's brothers for a bit for nephews 10th birthday but fancy curling up with hubby and our pooch with a movie bit hard at the in laws lol!

I'm also excited for my friend she's just had two grade AA embies out back in today in her first cycle at serum! Really hope this is the one for her x

How lovely! Weekend away sounds wonderful.

Do they grade embryos?? I suppose it makes sense but imagine finding out that you were only a grade B embryo. Aww.

Today has been pants. Mums birthday yesterday which was lovely but we stayed over and I've woken with a horrible cold. So bad that I called in sick to work!! feeling sorry for myself just hope in better for my baby shower tomorrow ❤️ Every coughing fit makes me worry I'm hurting baby!

I got a birthing ball today..omg soooo much comfier to sit on!! I also got some lavender oil as was up most the night again and as it was holland and barrets penny sale I got some clary sage oil to use during labour xx

Laura yeah They do grade them as it's how good a quality they are and if they weren't great they wouldn't transfer any I don't think, I think our first IVF cycle they didn't grade as they weren't great at all x

I went to the penny sale too and got grapefruit and sweet orange oils I want to get a diffuser thing to make the room smell nice. I looove the orangey ones xx

I love orange smelling oils too! Grapefruit sounds amazing! I love my oil burner lol. I put tea tree in the bath atm as my friend said it really helped with her aching legs. Love oils xx

Thank you for the birthday wishes for my LO! We had a lovely day, despite it starting at 5:50!! And then 2.5 hours of walking around the zoo which has killed my back and pelvis.

Laura, I'm really hoping for another water birth - I'm planning a home birth so we've booked a hire pool. I guess if I have to get transferred to hospital it'll be for an emergency though so I doubt I'd get to use the pool. The relief of the water was absolutely amazing though, managed a 40 hour labour with no drugs or gas and air and there's no way I could have done that on "dry land." It's a shame that having twins rules that out...any idea why?! Do they need extra monitoring etc?

I met my friend for lunch and shopping, it was lovely but v tired and have swollen ankles! Had to lean over a counter at one point! She said my bump is bigger than hers just before her son was born!

My embryos were 3BB & 3BC but they still made babies! They don't freeze 3s though, not sure if they freeze 2s?
Where do you inject the Clexane Sarah? I haven't had enough fat to pinch on my tummy for months!!

Hi ladies! I didn't do anything special today, it was just another work day for me. My start of the weekend is tomorrow. Tomorrow/Sunday I'm gonna go see a movie with OH and do some shopping. Then after that, we'll see what happens. No rain here, this is the nice part of the year for us where it's much cooler at 81F/27C LOL we only have 2 seasons in Arizona, hot and hotter! LOL And it never rains except monsoon season and even when it rains it's still hot with the sun shining. LOL!

LOL Blue at your bump being bigger than your friend's just before she gave birth!

Yeah, because of extra monitoring. It's a real shame because the midwife-led unit at my hospital is realllly amazing. Water birth pools in every room, en suits, mood lights.. but we will have to go to the main hospital where it's a bed and lots of monitors. Bit gutted about it really, but I can't complain if it means we will be safer. Home birth sounds so tranquil and lovely! xx

Ah, it kind of makes you feel like credit where credit is due, but at the same time, when people never got so big, I feel a bit jealous because it's hard work carrying all that weight! Then you also get the women like in Boots the other week that said "oh really twins? I was that big at 4 months with my singleton" yeah, ok lady!

When I went for my scan the week before last, there was a lady opposite me in the waiting room who made a phone call and just casually said to the person on the phone "yeah, so they're inducing me tonight because she's not growing anymore" her bump was really little so I thought omg she's really early and getting induced and so calm about it! So I was nosy and asked her and she was due the next day anyway! She said the baby was estimated 5 pounds. xx

Lol mad isn't it! I went to see the fireworks last night stood for maybe an hour and now my lower back and hips are really painful !

Blueflower I'm still going in the lower belly, I've always had a little bit at the bottom that we could use lol! Only one more yay !
