I think it'll be easier once you don't have to go to work, like a massive burden has been lifted from your shoulders!
I went to see the new Hobbit movie this afternoon, think baby was a little bit intimidated by some of the scary noises but seems to have enjoyed the music on Strictly and X-Factor this evening. Am hoping that he's now worn out and won't throw his usual midnight party for one.
My parents took me shopping yesterday (my dad got me a wheelchair to sit in as we went round Bluewater - so embarrassing!) and we've bought some nice stuff for the baby that my OH would have poo-pooed. Pushchair has arrived, I just wish my gym ball would! (It was due a couple of days ago).
If we could only sort out a crib/cot & changing table (two points of contention) I would be happy knowing that we're in a good position for the next few weeks.
Plus, OH is having second thoughts about the name after having told his family what it would be.
Am hoping to pack hospital bag tomorrow, although kind of wanting to know whether it's a C-section or natural birth I should be planning for.
