Hey Jan, sorry to hear you're going through so much.
I had some horrendous leg cramps which woke me up yelling in pain. Apparently these can be caused by not enough magnesium (especially compared to calcium) in your diet.
I have been eating bananas regularly (a good source of magnesium) and doing some gentle calf stretches before I go to bed most nights, and I haven't had any since, touch wood.
Jolly - SPD sounds horrible, my sympathies.
Ladies - today my tailbone has been hurting a lot, does anyone have any tips? It's going to take me a long time to walk home tonight
