Lovely bumps ladies ! Feeling blurgh today had jabs yday one in each arm didn't get much sleep either feeling like I'm coming down with something? Prob to do with the jabs though, looking forward to the weekend only a few hours to go !! Hope your all having a good day x

I keep having the same problem Bunny!
My nan when seeing me does the typical, 'oh that baby will be here early looking at the size of you!'
Hoping not too early if I'm booking a section at 39 weeks!
My postman after knocking on the door the other day even commented saying i may topple over if i get much bigger.
Great reassurance from people as always! I think I've just got big a lot quicker this time round. It was more progressive with my DD, so I'm sure I'll even out towards the end

xxYeah I had only really just started to show about this time last pregnancy. LO is only 17 months so I think my tummy muscles didn't get any chance to recover and I'm all sticking out this time. I did get huge really quickly at the end last time so I'm thinking it will be more gradual this time as you say. I hope so anyway or I can imagine how big I'll end up.

I thought I was 26 weeks today but apparently I'm 27?!! Is this true? Yay!!!!!!! Hellooooooo tri 3!!!!!
Nat- that's an awful lot to do in your new place before moving in! Good job oh knows what he's doing- we'd be lost!!!
Freddie gave us 12 hours undisturbed last night and already looks like he's nearly ready for his nap.
Hubby is out at football training so it means I get some sshhhh time!!! Hahahah!!!!
I totally forgot about this tri 3 thread so I have lots to catch up on!!! (And can someone confirm if my ticket says 27 weeks?) xxx

I'm with you Jolly. 27 weeks today. Happy third trimester to us all!
My suspected appendicitis turned out to be a burst ovarian cyst. Still bloody painful but luckily no operation needed. Still feeling a bit delicate but loads better.
Our children have started a 2 week half term now so we have booked a 4d scan for next Friday when I will be 28 weeks. Im not a massive fan of them particularly but the children are so excited and I think it will help things seem a little more real for them. xx

Lotty - glad you don't need an op & hope you're not in too much pain.
Am worried - started the day off with nose bleed (usual), sore throat & then coughed up some blood (presumably from the nose bleed but it freaked me out).
Since then been feeling worse - was surrounded by ill people on the tubes/at work this week.
After weeks of waiting, our 1-bed flat is going to be painted this week starting on Monday. Due to my asthma, had hoped to avoid paint fumes by being out of the flat most of the days but not sure what to do if this is a cold - I normally suffer quite badly through them!

I was weeks away from Tri 3 when I started this thread and now I am officially here on Tuesday.
TC, sorry to hear you are feeling crappy. Can you not postpone decorators if you are poorly?
Hopefully it wont be as bad as you think?
Just doing my Mum a 60th Birthday card and have been sent a load of old family piccies - has made me proper emotional

I hope you don't get the cold tinsel. I have asthma too and paint fumes make me really bad so I sympathise. If I have the cold paint fumes make it a lot worse too and a cold sometimes makes my asthma worse so I don't know how you are but I do think you should think carefully about being in the house while you are ill if its being painted. Last thing you want is to end up really ill because of it.

Cheers Carnat & Bunny. My parents have offered to house me next week if I'm ill which is a bit of a relief (not that they live anywhere close) even if my OH thinks it's a crazy idea. If I'm off ill next week it'll serve my manager right for being so grumpy and unpleasant and unhelpful on a stressful thursday last week (where I had to solve several urgent & difficult problems that he has experience with & I have none).
Wish medicines were more helpful about safety during pregnancy - am I really going to call a doctor on saturday evening to say "is it safe for me to have this strepsil?"

Woohoo, I'm officially thrid tri today, even though I have pretty much been over here since last week. Final stretch ladies 
Into double figures for days and heading towards the last 10 weeks. Bonkers!
Can't believe how fast the time has gone this pregnancy, apart from the 2 weeks leading up to 20 week scan, which dragged on forever! My first pregnancy dragged on for so long, I thought I'd never have a baby.

I don't believe I ever had Braxton hicks with Freddie, but this morning when I woke up my tummy was all tight on the inside and my bump was ROCK SOLID. It lasted about 2 mins from when i first became aware of it. Does this sound like Braxton Hicks?
I don't know why, it's proaly wishful thinking, but I really feel like I will go into Labour naturally with this one before my c section date on 12th Jan (39+2). I'm not sure if I would love this or not, but I'm convinced she turned head down during the week, now I think I'm having Braxton Hicks, I just really wonder if she'll make an earlier appearance than her brother who was 16 days over!!!
What do you guys think? x
