I've finally made time to read through the front page. Can't believe so many of us have had our babies, the first trimester worries don't seem that long ago to me. Congratulations to us all and good luck to those who will be having their babies over the next week or so. Florence is doing well, feeding lots and now weighs more than her birthweight. My nipples are still sore but boobs less engorged so its getting easier. Enjoy this precious time ladies xx

Nothing happening fast here I'm afraid. Feeling very niggly and still having spotting/ bloody show when I go to the toilet. Oh made sure I had a long lie this morning and I'm back in bed for a wee rest now. As much as I want to be up and moving to encourage baby along I'm just knackered so some well placed rests will do me some good I think!

Any news of yellowglass? Last I remember I think she already had something going on but that was days ago. Hope all is okay.

I'm so frustrated and am only 40+2 so have a loooong way to go potentially. Just sick of waiting and not knowing and thinking EVERYTHING could be a sign.

Very close to attempting DTD tonight but worried it could Be a wasted effort if nothing is ready to go any way!

I'm still getting some spotting and random cramping but I'm just tired. I was wondering the same candy, do we try DTD?

I had a sweep this morning and dtd this afternoon. Have had cramping since which did seem to be getting quite bad. They have slowed but are ongoing. Hoping it's heading towards labour.

Right then megs sounds like DTD is the way forward! That does sound good princess, really hope to read you have some progress overnight!

The issue I'm having is that DH really isn't keen and is worried about the proximity of babies head to the action! I've said it's fine but he's reeeeally uncomfortable with it. It doesn't fill me with joy either but he's not in my shoes! Compromised again and said if nothing by tomorrow then we'll do it. Love how you go from one extreme 9 months ago to the other now!!

Hello ladies,
Good luck to those still waiting and congrats on the new arrivals. Nathaniel and I have continued our tough week. He has had big feeding issues and I am now having to express my milk and top him up with formula. They almost wanted us to go back to hospital as he'd lost so much weight. Hopefully we're on the up now. Someone asked how long labour was in the end. I was up niggling on Saturday night, I started having regular painful contractions from around 10am Sunday and Nate was born at 107 on Tuesday.

Morning ladies, sorry to hear you've had a bit of a rocky start buzz!
I woke up a few times last night to quite strong cramps. Had a big bloody show again this morning and more cramping. So I'm up bouncing on my ball while ds plays with his lego. Would love a Burns Day Baby

Candy we haven't dtd either, I've not enjoyed it the last few times and found things quite uncomfortable so it's putting me right off. A bit of oral is supposed to help too

I had posted a thread earlier about thinking Id started to lose plug but don't think its the case now. Had quite a big pain across my lower abdomen and thought that might be something but nothing since other than dull aches.

Yes everything has stopped. No pains at all..midwife said it's normal and could be a while until labour. I 100% thought it was labour. I have definitely lost my plug which is a good sign that things are happening but again it's not a sign that something is im imminent.

Spose ill have to play the waiting game. Would've preferred to have had the baby this weekend as the week is a bit more.awkward with my partners work. Ah well x
