I caved in and did a test this afternoon. Bad idea as it was BFN! Not even a faint line - is it worth testing again in the morning or should I wait a few days?

Thanks Clover. No I hadn't deliberately held off so I might do it again in the morning.. Grrr, wish I'd just waited! Although then I might have been more disappointed if it's a BFN again?? Who knows. I shall keep you all informed

Another BFN this morning I'm a bit concerned now as I've realized that if my ovulation day moves later in the week I'm really going to struggle to get pregnant as my hubby and I are living apart during the week because of work! I think if AF comes along I'm going to start temping so I can be sure and maybe take time off when I need it. Sad times.

I'm out. I tested this morning and there wasn't even the faintest of lines. AF is due tomorrow although it might be late since I've been so stressed out (work).

Well I caved and tested this morning on an ebay cheapie. Pretty sure it's a BFN! There is a second faint line, which appeared after about a minute of taking it, but I think it's probably an evap line as it is no way near the same colour as the control line. Although part of me is hoping it's just a faint positive and I'm testing too early. I'm 13dpo today but my last pregnancy I got a BFN at 12dpo then a BFP at 17dpo. Only time will tell! I'll try again tomorrow.
Any more testers today? FX to all!

A lines a line hun if it's there and within the time your pregnant. Have you a picture of the test

Does this pic work? It has a faint pink colour to it when you look in person but I honestly think it's an evap line. What do you ladies think? Surely at 13dpo it would be darker. Oh well, I will test again tomorrow unless AF arrives before!

Blackcat, evap lines are caused by evaporation of the urine in the result window of a pregnancy test. It usually leaves a faint, colourless line and can be confused for a positive result. Yes, I have had symptoms for a week now - nausea, headaches, dizzy spells. But I think it's unrelated due to a bug that's going round x

Hun it night not be darker it takes two day to get darker and if you are really early can take a week

I would try a frer with first morning tinkle fx hun !

Thanks hun, I just don't want to get my hopes up. I thought it would be darker at 13dpo and I've heard bad reviews of the ebay cheapies showing false positives. It would explain why I feel so rubbish - sickness, headache etc but I'll test again tomorrow x

I think that a Bfp hun!!!

Your only 13dpo so if you implanted later that's why the line is faint,
with my little boy I got a BFN at 13dpo & 14dpo then a line like that at 15dpo

Could you do a FRER ?

That's a bfp I'm sure. 13dpo is good to get a line like that on a cheapie. You would get a good line on a frer xxx

Here's another pic in daylight, it looks very faint but a little clearer in person. You can make out the line but it's not obvious. I'm still skeptical but hopefully the frer will tell me either way tomorrow x
