I am with you mum2b, please take away all these 'almost having a baby' nuinsecense stuff
littlemiss feel similar to you and since I am moaning anyway I have to moan about having carpal tunnel syndrome, particularly bad in the morning And Yes i still feel Sick sometimes.
My BH are very sore sometimes and been getting period pains too, they hurt at the bottom of my bump and sometimes I feel them on my lower back. Poor you Zoe, I sometimes wonder if this it and then it calms down again :/
Mum2b, I think it is just a shame that postnatal care in general seems to be almost non-existent in England going by what I have heard and read. It is worrying that women are just left to get on with it at a time when they are so vulnerable. "The charity said only 13% of trusts had a full team of such specialists in place", that's really sad to read
not saying things are perfect up here, but at least I still got home visits almost every day after coming home by the midwives for 2 weeks, and then the health visitors took over the care and did the home visits. I know I am very lucky to have a great perinatal mental health team behind me right now, I just wish it was equal everywhere... I am really happy for you that you have raised your concerns and hopefully they will be there for you if needs be
keep talking to them
