I have had to go to the local mental health hospital- when I was a kid we always used to make jokes about going there and "nutters", and here I am going there. It was hard and yes the stigma of being referred to a mental health team can be tough to get over but you have the right attitude. I knew that what i was doing was for both me and my children. TBH it felt good I was taking control of my life. You have a long road ahead of you but you know we are all here with you along the way.

I don't eat the grey on the salmon either

Thats how my parents felt at first... but they got over it... Doing this hun will make you feel strong and in power... If you can beat anorexia hun.. you will be stronger than most women... Its one of the hardest battles you will ever face... still effect you for the rest of your life.. but YOU will be in control not the disease...
