A cold is a symptom isn't it? But I know u can't look too much into it. How long now until testing? X

I don't know if a cold is a symptom. I just feel awful my nose and eyes are streaming and I'm feeling very sorry myself

I had a rotten cold the week I got my bfp. I was convinced there was no sign ss as the cold would mask anything.

However there was a cold going round my office do I'm not sure if it meant anything...

I got my cold the day after my embryo transfer - no idea where it came from. I'm not due in for my blood test until next Thursday.

I think it can depend I know England is quicker, it's been over a year since they told us we needed ivf but I feel the timings right now so quite glad x

It was about 5/6 months for me - well that was the waiting list time once I was seen at the fertility clinic - it flew by as there were loads of appointments and tests in between as they repeated everything I'd had done before at the GP's and the other hospital I was reffered to.

Hey ladies,

I've been AWOL as thing have been manic, but got the call at 5pm tonight to say I've to trigger at 7.30pm with egg collection on Friday morning.

I only have 7 follicles, but fingers crossed I'll get some decent eggs on Friday!

It's been such a whirlwind, only started cycle 10 days ago!!

We had our info evening then a couple of weeks later an appointment with the Dr and we could have started the next cycle. I think it's different for all clinics though

Yes on short protocol. Six eggs collected this morning. Will get the call tomorrow morning to see how many fertilised - it's going to be a long, worrying wait!

Just got a call from the embryologist - three out of the six fertilised overnight!

They are thinking Monday, but will keep us posted daily apparently.
