yay well done everyone, ive been horrid this week so bricking it for my weigh in this week...there was cake and onion bahjis and all kinds of bad things. been good since sunday tho. i hope that helps lol

I gave in to chic last night and had a curly wurly, but remembered I don't like hard caramel so just sucked the choc off, not sure how to Syns that ha ha! Gonna get freddo today so this doesn't happen again lol
Thanks girls x I'm doing extra easy days (orange) hun backing everything up been eating a lot of bachelors pastas packets they're free & having it with a salad & chopped onions,eating lots of potatoes baked,roasted,boiled & lots of fruit can't believe I lost as much cos I've never ate so much food lol xx
Syn free risotto with left over veg lol (aubergine and butternut squash). Used Parmesan as healthy extra. Was alreet. Quite like doing it but hate time it takes!
I thought maybe the cheese ones would be so only bought tomato & basil,arribiata & chicken & mushroom cos the bachelors carbonara is 1.5 syns just checked it there must be the cheese in it x
