I think the key point is to just let go and not obsess and what ever happens happens. I wish I found the magic solution to feel like this

I think that you will get to a turning point where it's either you feel fed up and give up the whole TTC, or like something like big life event happens, or go on holiday etc...
maybe book a holiday? I would love to go somewhere far away but now that my daughter starts school and also it's not really relaxing with a 5 year old. We used to have very romantic holiday before having a child, I would say take advantage of that
