We used gro bags as soon as LO was big enough. The first thing we used was a swaddle up sleeping bag http://www.lovetodream.com
which was fab as she kept thrashing her arms and waking herself up. When she outgrew that we moved onto the sleeping bags.

We used a gro bag as soon as Harry cud fit in one which was untill a dew months or so he was so little!! We use blankets untill then.

dominos was lush im so full now. Dreading testing in 2hrs tho lol.

I will definitely be using gro bags hun, they are a god send! My daughter would never keep a blanket on and would wake up cold so they were really useful and I have already bought a few for little man I won't start using them until he is around 2 months old though even though you get 0-6 month ones I like to wait until their head is a little bigger hahaha x

The swaddle up can be used from birth. It was recommended to us when LO was a couple of weeks old, we'd been using blankets up till then.

Thanks ladies ! Probably really stupid questions but ive been worrying loads about what she sleeps in for the first couple of months, could anyone give me a full list of what I need for newborn sleeping wise?

Loving that everyone's loves the Gro Egg and Sheep! So happy I got them now

Ewan the sheep was a godsend with O. He still loves it so might have to get another for the girls!!!
I really want some KFC gravy, I don't eat crap like this when not pregnant for find myself craving crap all the time now!!!
I wouldn't go to the wedding if I was you, it'd be a long slog for you, plus I'm bullheaded and wouldn't be putting myself out for someone that didn't bother me (unless hubby really wanted me to).
We've managed to do Otto's room and got rid of loads from ours but didn't get around to the girls. Oh well.
Off to my parents tomorrow so looking forward to a relax, Otto has been a right little monkey today and I can't keep up anymore ha!

Glad everything was ok bunny. Yeah I got a gro egg, Ewan the sheep and a couple of sleeping bags, I also got a swaddle wrap. My plan - weather depending is to put him in a vest and sleep suit under a blanket or just a sleep suit under his gro bag as got the winter tog (2.5) with him being an autumn baby x

We had grobags with Otto but he hated them, he would wake up all tangled up. We've had to use blankets. Will be trying them again with the girls though. X

I am so uncomfortable today Daughter had a nightmare last night and was really upset so let her go back to sleep in our bed and OH spent night on sofa. I am in agony this morning from having to sleep on my right side as daughter kept waking up and asking for a cuddle lol. My whole bump hurts and don't get me started on my back :/

Going to my parents today for my Dad's birthday BBQ so hopefully I feel a bit better by then!

Sorry to hear u r feeling rubbish hun, hope it eases for you. Daddy has just got up with Harry but as we live in a bungalow then I cam hear everything so I'm awake too lol. Last night he was ok but mist nights he wakes up at least once screaming from dreams n often still asleep but he is easy to settle again and seems to mainly b before we go to bed. It's weird n I hope he grows out of it bless him.

Taking him off out today as he hasn't seen daddy properly fir a dew days. Love our family days out.

Otto slept in until 8am! I heard of, usually 6.30. I feel well refreshed. Must be the new bedroom decorations!

Off to my parents in a mo as hubby is sorting their boiler, then chilling out at theirs for the rest of the day. Mum and I are going to give those fabric strip garlands a go for the girls. Fx it doesn't look a pile of crap haha!!

I think they look lovely hun. Men know nothing lol my hubby would just smile n say nice to anything!!

Spent 1.5 hrs cleaning my kitchen think nesting has defo kicked in!!

Just waiting foe Harry to wake from his nap n then off to our local country life park so he can deed the lambs n goats etc he loves it.

Otto is running around like a nutter with a pink ninja turtle head bandana thing! He won't stay still long enough for me to get a photo!
Hubby asked what the garlands actually do and dad has now said he likes them but doesn't get them...not sure what there is to get! Men! x
