Glad to hear your little girl is feeling better H16! And yes, Saoirse is pronouced sir-sha/sur-sha. We've picked the middle names for the girls, both our grandma's names (well technically my Pearl was my nan's nickname as no one could pronounce her real name ha!) and Otto has my grandad and uncle's name as his middle name. I did hear hubby telling his mum that I was trying to convince him of a name but he wasn't sure yet, so maybe all hope is not lost yet!!

Had a massive thunder storm with hail last night so Otto ended up in our bed last night, he's seriously the hottest child in the world, especially when he insists on draping himself across me, woke up to his nose against mine grinning like a lunatic this morning. Think we will need a bigger bed soon if they're all piling in!

Any plans for this weekend? We are off to my MIL's, hubby's stepdad has just been moved to a hospice so we are going to see him (Cancer is a ******* of a disease, excuse the language). MIL wants O to sleep with her in her bed and I feel bad saying no but I know he won't settle, she lives a way away so he only sees her every 6 weeks at most and as he is so young he doesn't really know who she is properly. Plus her bed is so high he will wriggle out, I know I'm going to get the guilt trip but one thing being a mum has taught me is to stand my ground and trust my instincts! Sorry for the ramble!! x

Sadly I won't be getting out as my daughter now has terrible diarrhoea and her dad is now throwing up everywhere! Praying I don't catch this thing, dread to think what would happen being that ill whilst pregnant. I have scrubbed my house with disinfectant top to bottom this morning and already washed my hands 5000 times this morn with anti bac soap so fingers crossed I have done enough to not catch it! X

Oh god bless your family H! Seems to be something going round at the moment!

I'm feeling ten millions times better now I'm on medication for my hayfever, just very drowsy so keep drifting off no matter where I am haha but doctor did warn the tablets could have this effect.

Oh no h sounds just like my weekend last week hubby n harry both got it bit I didn't so hopefully u won't too n fx they both feel better soon.

Lovely weather here been out to a local country life park n Fed the goats n lambs etc was so much fun n Harry loves the animals n rides esp when it's so sunny. We have a pass so we go alot.

starting to feel big mow tho think it's the heat. Can't believe I'm 30wks today.

Oh no sorry to hear about these illnesses in your families! I hate a bug. I really.dread the days when I have two children at school catching everything lol.

Just sat down after work. Long long day. Left my house at 6.45 this morning and I am so tired now!
Considering a nap when Joshua goes to bed at 7.30ish but I probably shouldn't!

Didn't nap. OH won't be home until after 12 so maybe I'll just go to bed early. Brought some liquid Iron today. Hoping that helps with my iron intake x

I was in bed by 9 last night, just a shame Harry didn't let me stay there lol!!

8 wks time I will b in hospital being induced!! It's far to scary to think about!!

8 weeks will absolutely fly by too. I can't believe we have made it here already! There was a time around 22 weeks that I remember thinking it was going so slowly.. but now to be at 31 weeks is crazy. Got my birthday then my.sons birthday to look forward to first aswell x

I'm 31 weeks today, is the pressure down there really meant to be this strong at 31 weeks?? Constant pressure .

I had that pressure before which wasn't helping my Pgp. Seems to have eased at the moment though.

I can't sleep.. I'm so tired x

I don't have constant pressure but I do get it on n off now he/she is very low.

I hope u managed to get sum sleep Kelly I'm so tired to as Harry seems to think 5.30 is morning now!!

8wks will defo fly by I'm actually a bit scared now. I have my baby shower in 3wks n then my bday in Aug followed by my mum's n then sis!!!

Mw did say I cud b put on the homebirth list frI'm 37wks for the one week tho lol. So u never no!!

I managed to get to sleep at about 1.45/2!! Luckily our son didn't wake us until 8.45 today.
Baby needs to arrive in 7 weeks then :-D
I should really think of mine as 11 weeks away, that way, hopefully I wouldn't be in as foul a mood as I was when my son didn't arrive on my due date haha x

Yeah I feel like my little girl is very low and feel my bump has dropped already ! This is the first time I've been pregnant so probably normal just weird to get used to and hard to not worry.

Seeing midwife in the morning , don't know what this will consist of. Maybe birth plan? Xxxx

I honestly can't remember what happens at each appointment. Other than the routines. I remember never making a birth plan though. She just noted near the end that I would like the pool and that was all x

Home after a long weekend. FIL seemed really chipper, he was a strapping 6ft bloke so was a shock to see him so frail but he was happy in himself and our little boy kept him entertained.
On the other hand my MIL has driven me bonkers, she just won't listen to anything I say about my son. She bought him sugar doughnuts and Milky Way bars in and I said he didn't eat them and I didn't want to really start. She got all huffy and said he should get a treat now and again, I very calmly explained that he loves fruit and a bowl of strawberries is his choice over pretty much anything else. So she does him a bowl but dumps sugar all over them, not even a little bit, like actual heaps. I gave them to my hubby and she said I needed to relax and let him have some nice things... It's not like I'm evil, I just don't want him having unnecessary sugar for the sake of it. I put him down for a nap, I go to the loo, I come back and she's gone and got him because "he was chatting so obviously wasn't tired", cue tantrums an hour later because he's knackered. Finally goes for his nap and after an hour she goes and wakes him up because "he shouldn't sleep too long", the poor kid was crying with tiredness, wouldn't eat his lunch or talk to anyone. I ended up going and lying down with him for a bit just to chill him out. Don't think I'm being mean here please, I know there is a lot going on for her but this has been from day one. Everything I do is wrong, I'm too uptight etc. I suppose I do come off as uptight maybe when I say he doesn't have this or that but as current mums will know and FTMs will soon know, little ones like their routines and when you mess about with them...well let's just say it's not fun! This morning she just let the dog in our room, which was nice considering he just jumped on to the bed and nearly knocked our little boy off it. I can't wait for all the advice when I've got 3 of them! I wouldn't mind but she had a sodding nanny and was sahm!!!!
Rant over, I'm not a cow, I just can't rant to anyone else!

Ahh hun she sounds like a nightmare u stick your guns u r in the right he is it little boy, think I would feel just the same. Luckily my mil is an angel bless her.

Just had midwife. Baby's 2/5th engaged, bump is measuring 31 weeks 3 days and I'm 31 weeks 2 days so perfect size. She said I'll look bigger because of you think of people taller and wider then me they have more room for baby for longer but could measure same size etc. little miss has spun round so her backs the opposite side now which I guessed anyway from the movements and where I felt kicks. Excited now and just want her here haha! xxxx
