*~*~* September 2015 Mummies *~*~*

Oh no hope all is ok H16. I had this on Saturday and they couldn't really give me an answer. Really hope you and baby are ok xxx

Same here! No answer for why I bled or where it came from. Cervix closed and no trace of any more blood found. Baby was happy on trace monitor, bit odd though as I have had loads of issues with painful contractions but last night I apprently had a couple of contractions whilst on the trace and I didn't even feel them! Measuring 3 weeks ahead now too. I really really don't see this baby staying in much longer, got my scan in 13 days so hopefully I will get an answer about c section then, I was convinced the bleeding was to do with low lying placenta but they were not worried enough to scan so have to wait until then :/ x

Hope you get some answers soon H16, must be so frustrating and worrisome. Big hugs for you and baby. X

Ah h what a stress! So glad it was nothing serious though, make sure you take it nice and easy over the next few week. Wonder if you might have the first September baby?

I am javing crazy fanny daggers today, along with increased cm. just got feet up and drinking lots before taking kiddies to soft play. Wish me luck! X

I am wondering same thing Mary, certainly made me realise I need to finish my hospital bag urgently!

Enjoy soft play :) x

I'm off today and I had visions of napping when my little boy does, typically he's decided he doesn't want to nap this morning, I'm so tired! Sat waiting for BT to show up too so I'm housebound with a stir crazy 15mth old.

Good luck at soft play Mary, think we are braving it this weekend!

MIL is coming to visit us Saturday, oh joy! I haven't broached any of this past weekend's issues with my husband, and I don't know how to go about it, "I think your mum interferes too much" doesn't seem very diplomatic. So Saturday will be spent with me biting my tongue and then Sunday depending on weather we will take O to the farm park or soft play if it rains like it's forecast, hubby is on call out the following weekend so that's a write off, so we will have to finish the twins room the weekend after. Starting to panic a bit as it feels like so much to do still!

Is it totally irrational to suggest moving to Australia? Just to avoid MIL visits?!!! Lol :D

H16 - sorry you are having a worrying time - glad all seems to be well and baby is staying put for the moment though. Was your little girl born early?
And Ramsey you too?! Hope everyone is managing to take it easy and keep those babies cooking away
xxx

No my little girl was due on 6th November and didn't arrive until the 15th November, she was in no hurry what so ever, even two sweeps failed to hurry her up lol. That was such a lovely, easy and problem free pregnancy though where as this time round I have had quite a few little problems throughout. Sort of glad this will probably (never say never) be our last after this experience! x

Not even started my bag yet. Newborn stuff is all in the loft so will all need to be washed. Waiting till i finish work next week then I'll start to get sorted.

I've not done mine properly yet. It was my last day at work today :pompom: baby shower on Saturday then I can go into full on baby mode - washing clothes/packing hospital bag.
Xxx

Awwww made up you've finished summer can go in to full baby mode now! I finish 31st and my baby shower is the week after think I'll be properly prepared then :) x x

Hubby has just commented that my bump is smaller tonight... Guessing this is to do with my morning of 'fanny daggers' and cm meaning maybe she has engaged. I can't remember with belle, but did the rest of you look a bit smaller once engaged?

I know with second babies they tend to pop in and out a lot, everything just feels a lot different today xx

Hmm interesting - I've seen a lot of people in the July/August thread talking about bumps 'dropping' when baby engages. I had a midwife appt. Today - she wrote: 'ceph' which apparantly means head down, and 'free' so not engaged at all. I was wondering if when the baby engages it is a sudden thing? Like overnight your bump visibly drops/you can feel a change or gradual? - I know they calculate it in 5ths ...

Xxx

Thanks summer. I don't expect she has fully engaged, I just wonder if all these things combined point to her having begun to engage. Midwife next wednesday so I guess time will tell! X

Hi girls, got my 30 week m/w appointment tomorrow. Hoping Baby girl G is nice and chunky and my bump has grown she feels very low at the moment again so hoping she's still head down and not flipped back to breech. Here's a picture of my nursery feature wall that I painted ages ago now when I was about 22 weeks, it's a bit different now I've painted some little black stars around it all and written sleep tight little one. The room is so full of clutter though, every baby bit is in there and people keep giving us more and more stuff they don't need anymore. We had 3 baby baths at one point and one bath support!

Aww that looks lovely doll_eyes :)

The rest of our nursery wall stickers arrived today so we are going to juggle the furniture around and put them up at weekend and then we are nearly finished :)

Hope all you ladies enjoy putting your feet up as your leave commences, it is a lovely feeling when you stop working :)

In light of all my recent drama I bought my granny pants and breast pads for hospital bag tonight so once I put those and some clothes in tomorrow I am fully packed and ready! Kind of felt the need to get it sorted just in case I have anymore scares and hospital dashes.

My bump has most definitely dropped this week - my family have commented on it too so I know it is not in my head. He is head down and 9 days ago he was free but last night I had to literally run to the bathroom for a pee 6 times in 45 mins so I think his head may be popping in and out or something and keeps bumping bladder? Never normally have pee issues so am assuming it is to do with it.

Poor little baby has been very wriggly today, think he didn't appreciate being poked and proded about last night bless him x
