Morning ladies

Escape day for me yippee! Finally get to go home, and quite frankly after 4 hours sleep in the last 72 am ready to go! Still in a lot of discomfort with the scar but if I can't rest and sleep how can I recover!

Struggling with the sleep front too, been tossing and turning all night. Slightly converned about reduced movement again between yesterday and now. I was at the hospital on Wednesday evening and put on a trace because of my concerns but all was ok and trace showed baby as happy as larry. She then had a crazy few days of more movement so i figured everything was good but shes quietened down again.
They told me on wed to go bak up if i had any worries and that they would most likely just induce me at 39 weeks (Tuesday coming) but i dint particularly want to be induced again if i can avoid it. I wanted to labour naturally this time and see if it was any better/ diffeent from last.
Have had the odd wee kick etcso still got movement just not to the scale i had befor, gona get a cold drink and do the lying on my side test and see how we get on.

Flick your little man is gorgeous!! Hope you both settle in well at home, and you can get aome much needed rest! Xx

Been awake pretty much all night, from 5 am I am wide awake so about to take some breakfast now
Exciting Olivia ! x not long now and with all these signs something might happen . I don 't seem to have much signs apart of episodes of BH ... Today I woke up with kick in my ribs , never felt them so high and so strong , hmmm

He's so gorgeous Flick, and yay for going home today. Will be so nice to be back in your own environment. I'm not looking forward to the stay in hosp afterwards and hoping to get out asap, but we'll just have to see what happens.

I'm the same as you Jordan. Had a few days of crazy movement but I'm feeling as though its reduced a bit. She's still moving but not as much as she normally does. I worried that as soon as I call the hosp and go in all will be fine, but I also know if I'm worried I should call. And like you I don't really want an induction if all is fine. I'm going to get up ad have some breakfast ad orange juice and hopefully she'll be kicking around again.

On the plus side I slept really well so maybe just haven't felt the movements she's been doing.xx

Hi, sorry for not responding as much!

Well done flick - we were due a day apart and they have the same birthday now!
I will have a good catch up with the other posts tomorrow when daughter is back at school - she has been very high maintenance this weekend and I'm trying not to be hard on her....for all you ladies whose this is the first, enjoy the time to yourselves coz when another comes along, it's difficult to spread yourself out!

I'm still on bp medication and being checked at the hospital every day which is a pain...
Will update you with my dramas tomorrow!
Glad to hear the rest of you are doing well, who is next I wonder....lol!

Glad everyone is well and going home

I had about an hour's sleep last night. Feel like Poop! And I am having pains....will keep you updated but I'm sure it's just because I'm feeling rough . Have a lovely Sunday everyone!

She's gorgeous Lea, congratulations. Must be difficult for your other child not having the attention on her. Hopefully all settles down soon.

Bump is now moving away again so I'm happy. Some orange juice and a stern talking to by her dad got her wriggling. And she kicked or punched him in the face. Haha. I'll keep an eye on it today. I'm quite achy this morning down below, but I don't think its the start of anything, just aching. Hoping to get the last of the babies washing done today as the weather should be nice.

I've now finished work Olivia. So nice to know I don't have to go tomorrow. No Sunday night fear for a year. Maybe never again as my part time hours probably wont include Mondays. 15 days to go- eek x

Sorry about the bp problems, hope they will sort out soon and you won't have to go to hospital everyday.

So ,I can't go back to sleep, I had already 2 meals since 5 am. Wish I could get some sleep but probably later on.
38 weeks today and no signs of anything happening soon .

Feeling worse! Got some strong pains and i couldnt manage to walk with them then i was sick baby hasn't moved too much today (not that I've been awake to feel movements) hoping this doesn't turn into an infection of some sort

Oh no. Have you tried some paracetamol? Have you got an on-call MW number you can call or a hosp number? Or are you going to wait out and see for a bit?x

Husband made me a mini roast dinner for later. I'm so excited anyone still got cravings for certain things? I have this weird urge to touch bubbles....when I wash up, I use loads of fairy liquid now because I love the feel of all the bubbles...i know that's not a craving! But the urge to touch any kind of bubbles is too much I have a bubble bath everyday. Love it....

I have loads of cravings, my appetite is still high , I could eat all the time which isn't very good. Haha funny thing with the bubbles
I've got period type pains and tightenings , quite painful but definitely not strong enough to mean something

There's been around 10 babies born on the Facebook group!!! I think my body will stall until this cold shifts. Can't believe we are all so close....sort of scary!

Well, today just escalated a bit. Came into hosp about 1900 as still not happy with movements. On a CTG and all seems fine but she's still a bit quiet to me. MW measured me at 29cm! Obvs a bit below for me being 38w tomorrow. But given that I've been regularly measuring 2 weeks behind with 2 different MWs I just think this one was wrong. But it now means they want to keep me in overnight to arrange a scan for tomorrow and monitor me overnight.

I'm a bit scared really. Never been in hosp before and expected it to be an in and out job. I know I'll be in when I have baby but don't want to be in without hubby tonight. Just sent him home for some stuff. Arggghh, I feel so unprepared x
