Hi ladies, hope your all good. So we had a second attempt at the scan and we team Pink for the 4th time x Babie was being a little monkey, as she refuses to shift- still breech x

Is my baby far to active?! I get so much kicks that last night it became a bit uncomfortable... It felt like the little bug waned to kick her way out of my stomach! I mean I looooove to feel her move and kick but starting to worry it's an ADHD in progress

Jess was like that in utero and no different now! She's not adhd but did climb out of her cot at 13 months old! This one is much more less kicky so far. X

Didn't mean to scare you. I love my little firecracker. When we go anywhere she is straight into everything and there are always dad's with wussy boys going "look that little girl is going down the giant slide..." . She's definitely not a little shit. Can be high maintenance at times but I wouldn't change her for the world!

I'm knackered
I've been wandering around Liverpool for the last 9 hours
My hips killing me now!
Walked 14,000 steps according to the step counter on my phone
Feels more haha

Was looking at things to buy for bubs
There's SO MUCH MORE cute stuff for little girls than for little boys!
I didn't find many clothes that made me think awww! Well not blue stuff anyway lol
We did buy his first Build-A-Bear bear though. Has a wee beating heart inside too! The whole making its birth certificate thing for him got complicated though lol. X

Do you really think boys clothes and stuff are less cute than girls? I am just the opposite - may we switch brains in this department ?!

I've been doing my ususal saturday cleaning and I'm now also knackered! Roll on lazy sunday

Yeah boys clothes are so much better than they use to be! Shame I have no need to buy any!

The perfect prep machine as gone back up to 90 quid, I think you have to be so fast with deals on amazon. We went out today and went to angus steak house after a few bites I felt so full and bloated!

Yeah i felt girls not only had more variety and quantity (lile 3 pink aisles to 1 blue lol ) but they've got dresses skirts leggings jeans dungarees and all sorts of tops
I love frills bows and polka dots too haha

I wasnt keen on any boys stuff with cars on
Also its hard finding stuff that looks baby babyish
I dont want denim jeans on my newborn lol

P.S. This whole needing to pee every 5 mins aint fun
I'm not even exaggerating
I cant sleep cos I've been up to pee 4/5 times in the last 20 minutes!
I pee. All is well. I lie back down. I feel like i need to pee again
I think my bladder is a bouncy castle for him

Don't get me started on getting up at night!! And on top of that I wake up everytime I switch from side to side...

Hubbys fell out with me
I told him I've hardly felt much movement the past few days
Usually I feel him every hour or 2
It goes on for quite a few strong kicks over several minutes then goes quiet again
But last couple days its a few weak taps then nothing til the opposite end of the day
Hes annoyed im not going to get checked out but realistically what can they do?
I tried telling him it could be we've been busy i might just not have noticed or that cos im ill maybe he's feeling a bit under the weather too so not moving as much, or maybe its to do with positioning or something
He's got me worried now though
Id always thought movement didnt matter as much until after 26 weeks?

We got a build a bear for ds before he was born and planning on getting one for this one in July they are lovely but agree with the birth cert lol its easier to register a real birth

Re movement I'd give the midwives a call just to put your mind at ease, it's always better to know and not worry worry, am sure it's just changed position but still get it checked xxxx

Mrs, I remember I had a week when the movements slowed down a lot and I was told it was due to growth spurt. I still got a kick or two every so often tho. I would definitely call midwife and get it checked. Are you still using your doppler?

We had a lovely weekend, collecting cot, buying a Dyson! all god decorating starts in 3 weeks!

Gail i get quiet days too, think the baby is either moving position or growing lol.

Friday was mega active after a couple of quiet days, then pretty quiet Sat & Sun and today, just the occasional kick or shift of position.

Try not to worry too much (easier said than done!), if you are in any way concerned get on the phone to triage. My midwife (& my pregnancy notes) state to monitor movements from 24 weeks & get in contact if your concerned.
