Hi All, i have my midwife appointment tomorrow morning Karolina.

I was going to google the perineal massage ...but since im still at work i'll waiti just now!! haha!!

In my head im thinking, no painkillers etc .... bet you come the time of labour i'll be screaming for everything thats going hehe xx

PS When do we move to Tri 3, is it the start of week 27 or the end? My ticker suggests its the day i turn 28 weeks (which would be 29th week of pregnancy) which according to the ticker is 15 weeks in Tri 2..... Its having a laugh!

i thought it was
Tri 1 14 weeks
Tri 2 13 weeks
Tri 3 13 weeks.

I'm saying when your ticker says 26 you are in week 27 of pregnancy. So I will have the board up and running for you ladies when your tickets hit 26, then it's up to you when you move across

In Norway most people seem to agree on 27+1 (the first day of the 28th week of pregnancy) as the start of tri 3 - so I'm going with that :) However some say 26+1, just to add to the confusion...

I was planning on moving when mine says 27...

Shelly, good luck at your appointment :)

I always thought that it was 13w of tri 1, 14w in tri 2, 13 (to 15 if youre unlucky) in tri 3!

Morning ladies, hope we're all well? ?

Bubs is a fidget at the moment, but is few and far between. Can't wait until it's regular.

My self esteem is a bit low at the moment. I've had weight gain and loss on my mind alot, as it's something I've struggled with all my life. I know I'm meant to be gaining, but the fact it still doesn't look like a proper bump, and the past couple of weeks have meant I haven't been going to the gym half as much as usual makes me feel that excess weight is piling on and I'm currently not doing half as much for baby as I could be. Gggrrr!!

I'm also really suffering with hayfever at the moment. Sods law, I don't normally get it, but the one time I do I can't take anything for it! Really don't like the idea of lubing up my nose with vaseline....

But you can, though. I get hayfever from time to time, and my GP said it was perfectly fine to carry on taking my meds (Aerius tablets) and she also gave me a leafllet that states pretty much all the usual allergy meds are now approved for use in pregnancy and while breastfeeding. The leaflet linked to a website with more details - it was in Norwegian, but I ran it through google translate for you: HERE

(we all know google translate can create funny results, so ignore any weird sentences. The important stuff seems to have translated correctly though.

You can take beconase and loratadine (antihistamine). Both considered safe in pregnancy.

Anti D (my blood is Rhesus negative) and whooping cough xx

Oohh I might have to do further research on hayfever stuff then!

Fingers crossed the bump will properly come to say hello soon; just a little more rounding out to do and I'll be happy.

Carrie - one of the tablets i was given for sickness was also an antihistamine x

Is my baby far to active?! I get so much kicks that last night it became a bit uncomfortable... It felt like the little bug waned to kick her way out of my stomach! I mean I looooove to feel her move and kick but starting to worry it's an ADHD in progress

hahaha, I am with you on this one! Mine is a little Karate champion like his Daddy that's for sure!

They just have enough space to move about still, that is all. They probably wont stop moving around this much, but space will get tighter so it will feel less wriggly and more dumph! (is that even a word?) lol

I even put DH hand on my belly this morning at 5am and it woke him up!! lol I thought, if i'm awake, you're awake lol :)

Good to know I am not the only one with a ninja baby
