*** October 2015 Mummies ***

I could've sworn my little guy had the hiccups the other day, the kicks were too rhythmical for me to think they were anything else :)

He's super active as well...it'll be interesting to see if this carries on after birth. Yesterday evening the kicks were quite uncomfortable, it's like he was poking my bladder. Very strange sensation...anyone get anything similar?

Me, I think! It was a sharp stabbing of pain but went away real quick. It felt like the baby hit the bladder and some nerve at the same time!

Yep. My little girl is constantly practicing kickboxing on my bladder..,

Is anyone else super uncomfortable? I can't seem to get comfy sitting or in bed, feel like there is literally no more room in there, don't remember feeling like this till 30odd weeks last time!! So frustrating.
Had my 25 week MW appointment today & BP & urine were perfect, so happy about that. Have to go back again in few weeks for another check, but was lovely to hear baby's HB.

I got checked at hospital
Theyre happy
Said if im ever worried just pop back
So hubby is satisfied again

Elias was hiccuping the other morning i think
Def not kicks as could feel it all over
My whole tummy jumped each time haha

Bedtime feels bad for my bladder
I pee. Feel like i still need to go though. Lie down and before long im up again
it's a very weird sensation!

P.S. thats gonna be his name

Elias (Eli) with Alexander John as his middle names x

Ladies I think I am just experiencing my first Braxton Hicks?! I can definately feel my uterus cramping and it is not a nice feeling! Hope it will go away soon! x

My baby is still lying very low and constantly on the bladder x

morning everyone! I've been missing in action again lately. LO is moving more, but still no "vicious" kicks which I think is due to my anterior placenta. Hoping another week or two and OH will be able to feel them.

The last few days I have felt so much tenderness in my hips, when I get up in the middle of the night I cant straighten out and hobble to the loo. This morning I got up at 6.30 and they are still tender. I think its a mixture of pregnancy and the gym, but it sucks!

I had my first one this morning too. I got loads last time from about this point. Definitely more uncomfortable when a toddler jumps on your lap during the tightening bit - ooof!

My bladder is a bit up and down, there are clearly times when this little boy decides to punch it or mash his head into it! I'm just glad I'm still continent as I've had some friends at this point already breaking the tenna lady open. It may still happen, but I'm hoping a lifetime of pelvic floor exercises (I started when I did my O&G job aged 20!) will stop that bit of nastiness.

Carrie, I'm finding pelvic pain is really restricting now. I'm seeing physio for a belt in July, but just ordered a support band on amazon as I can't wait another 3 weeks!

I've been looking at support belts online, as I'm still at the gym I'd like to keep it all a bit more secure whilst I'm exercising because I don't think moving and jiggling about is doing me any favours. Might have to make a purchase tonight.....

My hips have been achey too
Only when im up walking or standing
Its fine sat down etc

Hey up ladies sorry to hear some of you are feeling uncomfortable already :( I keep feeling a tightness all over at times and then it goes away...I hadn't thought that it might be braxton hicks yet aren't we a little too early or am I ill-informed? I have started going to the gym haha crazy lady. I've joined this live-well scheme so went and did 30 mins on the cross trainer mon and aqua zumba, then 30 mins cross trainer again tonight, then it'll be yoga tommo and pilates on thurs. I'm chuffed that my BP has gone down to normal and have been feeling lots better...poss due to the exercise?? oh and have been getting lots of sleep :D right I'm off to have a take away curry don't want to be too good now :p x

Stacey, I'm exhausted just reading your update :) well done!! You will be in great shape come delivery day :)
Brixton hicks are felt by some women much earlier than others, and at different intensity. This is the first pregnancy I have felt them in! And boy do I feel them. But in both my others I didn't notice them at all. They start around 9 weeks! Although you wouldn't likely feel them then...
Keep up the good work! Walking and swimming are my only forms of fitness and I'm even struggling with those! So I really take my hat off to you :)

Petchy, happy V-day to you!!!! Big milestone!

Stacey, you crazy lady! I so admire your commitment to exercising! Keep it up! I went swimming yesterday, first time since I got pregnant and really enjoyed it! Hope I can keep it up and go twice a week :)

3 days until I get to double-digits!!!!

4 days until we see our little Bug again! 4D scan on Sunday :yay:
