Hi everyone! Can't believe I'm in the third trimester finally!! &#55357;&#56832; Hope you're all doing well xx

Has anyone else experienced insomnia during pregnancy? I wake up at 2am almost every night and cannot sleep! Not because of pain or discomfort I just can't sleep it's driving me insane!

T2186 I don't have insomnia but I have stupid 7am starts that require me to wake up at 5:30 which kinda feels like insomnia

I've got like period aches this morning.

April they said that to me with my daughter then from 30 weeks I turned into nightmare patient, strep B & high blood pressure every appointment, protein in my wee, bump not growing, fingers crossed you stay good! Ha

Funnily enough at about 2:30ish that day I got a call from my doctors asking me to go in for some more bloods as one result was 'satisfactory' and another was too low or something. The woman I was speaking to sounded like she didn't have a clue what she was meant to be relaying to me, and that I have go for more blood Tuesday then make a separate GP app for Thursday/Friday. She just kept saying loads of initials for the blood tests! When I asked if they know what I'll be there (for the GP app) she just repeated everything and all these letters, and I just had to say look, I don't understand what I need to go and say when they ask what I'm there for... then she finally said 'yes it will be on your notes' the third time... could have said that the first time! Xx

And to add, I'm not sure I'd go as far to say it's insomnia but I always wake up at least once through the night but did before I was pregnant. Normally around 4:30am ish but varies a lot and can sometimes be a couple of times I'll wake up xx

Oh. It's awful when you get a vague phone call, always gets me anxious until I find out. The bloods were testing for antibodies, iron levels & platelets, I got mine back yesterday that's how I remember. Hopefully nothing wrong perhaps an iron deficiency. X

I had a blood test at my 28 week appt. Had a letter on Friday morning to call in, but the postie doesn't come until around 9, and the letter said call at 8:45... called them anyway and they said no sorry you have to call back another morning, Tuesday at the earliest... Ughhhh!

Ridiculous isn't it. They could at least give you your results. Like they ARE YOUR results! Lol

That's what I thought but the silly woman on the phone said nothing about those at all and was saying loads of initials that I can't remember. I text my husband when she rang and he was worrying and I just said there's no point worrying about it when we don't even know what it is she's trying to tell me. Will just go and redo tests and find out a few days after from the GP. Just realised too that she said it could be Friday so hoping they can get me in Thursday before my husband goes back to work the next day. Xx

I'm feeling really emotional tonight, probably just tired from work. OH is annoying me, he doesn't seem interested in this pregnancy like he was with our daughter. Only feels him kicking when I tell him to. Think I'm just in a grump 'cause I wanted him to go get me some food & he wouldn't go out. Pfft. We'll end up ordering the same old takeaway and I'm gonna turn into a bloody pizza.

Hungry tired and pregnant. Haha xx

Sorry been a bit absent recently. Hope that everyone is all doing ok. Cant believe we are getting close to being in single figures in terms of weeks left!!!
I finish work at end of September. Cant wait!!
We are currently potty training as well. Tho letting her lead us with it so not rushing her at all. She goes through phases where she loves her big girls pants and other times prefers to have a nappy on.
How did you ladoes crack them doing a poop on either potty or toilet?!?! It it just a case of waiting for them to be ready to do it?! Ao far only ever managed lots of wees but never a poop!!!

It's single figures for me as of today, 9 weeks left to go.

I finish on the 8th October. Literally counting the minutes especially with the 5:30 get ups.

It was just a case of waiting for us. I was gonna order her a book about it but that evening OH shouted down quick to go upstairs and she'd just had one. We did have a few weeks where we flushed the poo (from the nappy) and waved bye to it. I don't know if that helped or not? Lol

Aww starchild I can understand your frustration. Me and my OH did a deep clean yesterday he did the bathroom and I did the kitchen. Deep clean with scrubbing brushes and bleach. I was sat on the floor doing the skirting boards and cupboards and dragging my butt around the kitchen my back was killing me. We have the worlds tiniest bathroom and he was whinging and huffing and puffing and wasn't evening cleaning propeply just was so sloppy and lazy I don't understand &#55357;&#56834; And I started crying like an emotional wreck hahah how dare he complain about back ache haha!

I was 30 weeks on Sunday! I finish work next Tues, so glad as the 10 hour days plus a toddler are exhausting. I feel huge too. I don't even want to go to work today

I found a lump in the bath last night. It's in the outer side by my armpit. It feels like a clump of little lumps & it's movable which is good. But I'm obviously terrified. Have an appointment today & just dreading the whole rigmarole. But I need to know either way before the baby is born.

What's the latest people are working until? I'll be 37 weeks when I officially leave. X

Sounds like it could be a cyst but really good you got in quick to get sorted!
in Sweden in some jobs we get to go on pregnancy leave at 32 weeks and get maternity pay when the baby is born. So I'm going at 32 weeks because I'm eligible! Woo

I work freelance, so I'm starting to slow down now and hoping to finish current project by mid October. Don't want to finish too early because I hate having nothing to do!
