Happy weekend ladies!

Had a really busy and rough few days. Really let my routine slip, didnt do any yoga or anything for 3 days, even forgot to take my supplements! But, I've woken up today with a fresh head. I've done some yoga and feel better. I am either 11 or 8DPO. I have a lovely spa day tomorrow, getting a facial and a massage! So that's gonna be lovely! AF is typically due right before our fertility appointment this week but I am just going to take each day as it comes!

I'm good thanks after thinking not going to ovulate Char gave me hope and today feel like maybe I will next few days. I hope that line gets darker over next few days... I'm keeping all crossed xxx

Thank you. I have always had regular cycles always but after starting ubiquinol think it has lengthened it but not complaining if gives me a chance. Really hope this is your month... Be amazing to put that next to your testing date... Hope many this month after not too many October... Xxxx

I let myself test this morning (12dpo) as we’re drinking at La Coupole tonight but it was blank white as usual *sigh*. Cramps woke me up last night too so I think I can safely call myself out. Oh well.
