The private scan I had was lovely, they only told me once they'd had a good look between the legs so it would be very unfortunate if you got flashed!

Katie, my boyfriend is in love with your doggy! He had no words at first, then he asked where you lived and if we could steal her! Honestly think he loves german sheperds more than me! Haha

Oh my boyfriend has also decided he's a comedian tonight. His latest baby name suggestion is Crispin.....babys last name is going to be Rice......Crispin Rice!! No chance!

Aw bless him haha! Tell him if he uses Facebook to search for "United german shepherds" and he will find the GSD group I admin - got tons of lovely dogs on there I'm afraid if you take amber away from me you'd be deafened by the squealing she does when she can't see me! Defo a mamas girl!

Took her out for our daily stroll an hour ago and got the fright of my life! Some idiot was screeching his car up and down the road, pulled over started screaming at these teens that he's gonna rip there head off and kill there mum then he sped off and nearly hit me and the pup! Poor amber was jumping up at me to check I was okay and whined all the way home! some bloody idiots out there!

I might have one will have to have a good think. My dad's offered to pay for one for us so if that offer still stands might take him up on it!!

Doubt we will though as neither of us are big fans of the 3d ones but I just worry I'm not bonding enough with my baby especially feeling no movement coz of my stupid anterior placenta

We don't have a dog as don't want the responsibility and we rent so pets not allowed. I always wanted a German shepherd though they're ace ur Amber is a cutie. Hope ur ok after that scare!! Cx

I seem to have stupid name suggestions from all angles, my mom keeps texting me ridiculous names like Bartholomew and then my best friend texts me every name she ever thinks of!

God what an idiot, ridiculous how many stupid people are about. Glad you're both ok though, at least you know Amber will always be there to look after you. Rocky would probably just try and run off, he's scared of everything!

I didn't really like the 3D scans, however we got a sneak peak at our gender scan and it was actually quite nice. Baby still looked like an alien as it was so early on. But I imagine in a few more months it would be amazing, when they look a bit more baby like.

It's a lot of hard work having pets but don't know what id do without them all! Got my little guard dog downstairs at night (once she starts to hold her bladder better she will be upstairs probably guarding outside the kids room) and got my cats who are bump snugglers and sneak in the bed!

I've heard loads of people give silly names to us.. So I simply say unless you are pushing or looking after this child for the next 18 years, 24 hours a day piss off! Was also sick of people mithering for his name so because my hubby is half Pakistani we tell people he's called "poppadom" haha!

Think I may stop walking her at night.. If it's not nutters like that making me uneasy it's kids legging it up to me because it's a "cute puppy" will soon see if they bother when she's fully grown!

We had the 3D at 16 weeks and I didn't like it at all! I didn't know it was 3D until a few days before but thought we would give it a try and see what it's like. They are probably nicer further on but I prefer to go through all the agony and sweat to see that little face screwed up on your chest

Couldn't live without my dog now, he's a pain sometimes but can't imagine our house without him. He sleeps downstairs, however I'm not sure how good a guard dog he'd be if anything happened. He'd probably only actually scare them if they're already afraid of dogs.

Imagine calling your baby poppadom, some people who I know would probably believe me if I told them that!

We don't walk Rocky at night, too many dodgy people about. Plus he has more fun in the day because we play fetch and stuff.

I dread to think how much room I'm gonna get in the bed with a snoring hubby that likes to spread out onto my side, a large dog and 2 cats! Best getting myself a tent haha!

I think I have 3 friends and family that know his name and that's about it.. If they chose to open there mouth and tell people than I certainly won't trust them again! Had an old friend start texting me recently and went on to ask his name and beg for me to tell her - but don't see why she should know before others when she's only met my daughter twice :-/

It's hard to walk amber in the day as I have myah and don't know id cope with a toddler that wants to run off and an excited pup so that's why I put her to bed and hubby stays at home whilst I walk the dog. Won't be to bothered when it gets winter and darker quicker as she will be a lot bigger so doubt anybody will try and harm me and will be more quiet as nobody likes to be out in the cold haha

Congratulations applecrumble, my prediction was wrong then. I really wanted a girl but we're having a boy. Come round to the idea a lot more now. You get to go shopping now

I showed my boyfriend more pics of GSDs earlier, his reply was can you imagine the bed with one of them as well. Our dog at the moment spreads out to take up half of the bed. Thats one of the many reasons we cant have him up with us all night!

Haha Mellie will have to make sure I put some more photos of her on here for you! Our cat is only 2 so still smallish and he always has to get right in between me and hubby! Jealous kitty! They all gonna get a shock once baby's born and they are banned from the bedroom haha!

Love all the little photos you can do when pregnant that are different than just the normal "bump" photo!

Hubby paid out for an expensive camera to get professional pics and now that I want pictures of my bump growing he's stopped using it!

He's cute when he's being good, today he was a brat and tried to run to a dog he saw. He spent the rest of the walk on his lead as it's embarrassing having to shout him.

My OH wanted a professional camera, he never got round to getting one though. Think he would have been the same and stopped using much after a few months or so. They do take much better pics though. The grass on that pic of amber looks amazingly green, you'd never get that on a normal one.

People keep asking me if I'm going to have one of those 'bump to baby' photo shoots. I want some of the baby definitely, but I don't think I'd enjoy posing with a massive bump as I can't imagine I'm going to feel at all attractive by that point!

Mellie i decided to take a risk today and walk the dog and myah together all on my own! was so surprised at how well behaved they both were! Only went on a short 10-15 minute walk and myah held the handle on the lead and i held the middle of it just to make sure and amber didn't pull once! Was so nice to walk slow and not have to worry about legging it away from the kids in my area! think ill stick to walking in the day!

No doubt my hubbys stopped bothering as we have no money spare to buy any more bits and props for it - were paying for baby bits right up until september and then we usually start early for christmas! Its a shame as he was doing some fab photos! This was a bump photo hubby did whilst i was pregnant with myah - without a professional good quality camera! I know what you mean about the bump photos though.. hubby wanted to book our wedding photographer to do a maternity shoot but i felt a little awkward as i know id feel more comfy if hubby took the photos, i know he wont look at me weird for stretchmarks or if i wanted one without a top on etc.. Think ill have a go at mithering him this weekend!

Toffeegirl dont be silly! every bump is lovely! All my bump photos i take have my top covering my bump as it shows up better with me.. and i have tons of stretchmarks from myah - anybody would think i had a fight with a lion!

I don't want a 3d As don't want a peek T what my baby might look like until it arrives but just wondered if it would help me to bond whilst I'm not getting the movements

No bump photoshoot for me, I don't like pics of me don't mind some privTe snaps of bump so I can see progression but rather wait to take pics of baby than me with a huge belly greasy hair spotty face and more stretch marks than a hammered old pair of tights! Xx

Toffeegirl, if you put a picture like that up on Facebook it would go viral within the day. All my friends keep sharing things about Crohns recently for some reason. Seen loads of pics if girls sunbathing with them. No need to hide it, plus you can always keep a top on and have lovely bump pics. Not sure I'd want to bare mine.

Katie, the more you walk them both together the better they'll both be. I would hope anyway. At least you know Amber will behave for Myah which must be a relief.

My boyfriend is on lates all week, so decided to just have a nice simple can of soup for dinner. What a mistake. I had dodgy hands occasionally pre pregnancy, pregnancy has made it develop into full on carpal tunnel. Made the mistake of buying asdas own too, so no ring pull. Just struggled with a can opener for 10 minutes before giving in. Im now left with a semi opened can and no edible soup
