I know I said to lane last night you do realise in a few weeks we are officially half way through already it doesn't seem 2 mins ago I was staring at my bfp test not believing it was real!!

Kinda miffed this afternoon my friend just text me saying don't get your hopes up on baby being a girl as my friend had 2 scans that said it was a boy but when baby was born it came out a girl so now she's made me mega paranoid but I keep looking at one of my scan pics and there's deffo no balls there I'll put it up now so you can see xxx

Omg is that how they tell? I’m so excited to see baby again, I’m just off to my 16 week appointment. A friend at work said when she went to her 16 week appointment they showed her baby again but only for 2 mins to check all is well. I don’t think that’ll be my case tho my private scan cost around £30 on groupon, think it was £38 but I also found a voucher code lol

That's good mine was £59 lol, with a place called window through the womb
I've been googling photos of boys and you can clearly see their bits in the same shot as mine so I'm feeling more confident that she's a girl, right snap that's isn't it? Proper inbetween the legs haha the woman looked inbetween her legs last but said she had seen 3 times before that that she was a girl she showed me and tried to explain the nub theory and said if it was a boy it would be pointing up where as the nub on our scan it wasn't, just makes me a little paranoid when my friend said that! xx

My 16 week midwife appointment will only be unrine checks, blood pressure and hopefully listen to the heartbeat.

Someone who I worked with had a private gender scan, told her it was a girl but when she had her 20 week scan it was actually a boy. It can and does happen. I can't see no boy bits in yours though holli

I definitely think that baby is a girl, going off that scan. I know they can get it wrong but I think it's rarer then we think we just hear those stories of being told the wrong sex more often. And at least you get to double check at the 20 week scan.
I'm excited to find out what we're having, even though I don't really mind. I just want to start preparing properly if you get me?
I think my pg flew up till 12 weeks now it seems to be dragging. I feel like I've been 14 weeks forever! Lol.

Thankyou I've made my phone battery die looking at pics on google and all the boys you can see at least a little lump if not it all, I'm itching for scan now
I think it's flying all the days seem to add up into one! Yeah i get you we want to do the nursery up for her but after that text it's put me off doing anything girly at moment but I don't want to tell lane Cos he is a worrier and proper paranoid as it is with out him thinking he might not have the little girl he thinks he's having, when do you find out again? Xxx

I'm the same with my 12 week scan. I keep looking at it.
My scan is a week today. I'll be 1 day off being 16 weeks. I really hope they can still tell what it is though.

well i cant see anything down below but it reminds me of my daughter's scan she had both her arms up like that and with this new daughter she also had her hands up to her face, so it must be a girl thing! (son was doing a thumbs up lol)

i wouldnt let it worry you so much, it's rare they get it wrong and if they arent sure they would get you back in to rescan

Hi ladies, been catching up with you all. My 20 week scan is Dec 27th, aaaaages away, so we're having a private gender scan next Wednesday. Everyone has said its a girl before we even had our 12 week scan and nub theory seems to agree. What do you guys think?
