Ohhh sorry you are still feeling rough holli. I am only getting the odd tummy twinges and headaches, but I think that is due to not drinking enough through the day. Maybe you’ll just need a couple more weeks?

I do hope so, I've called in sick at work this morning they are guna love me ha stomaches in bits thrown up in kitchen sink, back hurts and had headache all night nothing will get rid of it, one of those headaches too when your laid in bed and you can feel your head pounding in tune with your heartbeat on your pillow!!
Only a week for us to go Liz for gender scan xxx

Hi ladies I've been quiet for a few weeks, I've had my scan my new due date is 20th may but I will be having a c section so It will be early. We are staying team yellow again . (I always thought second trimester starts at 13 weeks which I will be tomorrow x)

i believe that 1st tri is weeks 1-13 inclusive (13 weeks)
2nd is wks 14-26 inclusive (13 weeks)
3rd is wks 27-40 (14 weeks)

claire_louise I'll put your due date on I dont suppose you will be given the actual date until 3rd tri?

I know, I'm completely convinced its a girl after the very certain replies i got on the babynub forum, it will be a shock if its a boy, funny how much i can put trust in people i dont even know ha ha but they do seem to be accurate looking at all the other threads they know what they are looking for! My daughter would be disappointed if not a girl, although me and OH would be happy for another boy

Lane is convinced it's a girl I just hope he's not to disappointed if it's a boy! Will be interesting to see as my family only produce girls (except my cousin who's had a boy end of September) and lanes family has no girls in it, I'll be happy either way as long as it's healthy just can't wait to find out now- you will already know this time next week mines at 11:30 xx

Hi guys, been told I'm now due on the 10th May instead of the 12th.. We couldn't wait till our 20 week scan either so we've got a private one booked for the 29th. So very excited to find out what we're having!!!

Currently sat on my 30 mins break at work, my supervisor been great I gave her a lift to work this morning so she saw me throwing up before we left - niceeee lol! Girls have been great I've done no personal care at all just served breakfasts and cups of tea, been sat in front of fan too as I'm soooo hot - why are old people always cold lol??? Been pretty easy so far as most of residents have either gone out with family or sat watching the remembrance stuff on tv, when I get back of my break it will be time to serve lunches and by time that's all done and pots are washed it's home time - can't bloody wait my backs killing me if I'm like this now there's no way I'm guna be able to work as long as I wanted too, hope your all ok today it's nice to see more ladies joining xxx

I know sparrow is Claire not sure on any one else... we are too impatient to not know and I wana go buying little dresses or little boy outfits
Urghh hope I'm not coming down with any thing throat feels like swallowed razor blades and got a snotty nose- wonderful and I had my flu jab about 7 weeks ago xxx

for me finding out the sex isnt about buying stuff, its about the name....there are NO names i can think of and there is no way i can think up one for each. At least i can narrow it down to only having to look for one sex. My daughter and son have uncommon names but that are still proper names with important meanings for us so need the same here.

do many/any of you have hospitals who wont tell you? mine has a sign up saying don't even ask the sex, they wont do it! But i guess that is quite rare now as most people seem to find out if they want to.

I'm sure mine tells me cos it's same hospital my cousin had her baby in and they asked them if they wanted to know sex but they wanted a surprise!

We have Willow for a girl and Jackson for a boy (Jackson purely cos Lane is massive fan of sons of anarchy and he likes Charlie hunman lol) we chose Willow as not many are called that round my end and with Lane having a different name we went with willow that's how adamant this baby is a girl he's guna be so disappointed if it's not xxx
