I used to hold off on a lot of things but now I’ll do pretty much everything, I wait until 6 months before to book a holiday and don’t go to any known zika places but that is it. Long term ttc is hard enough without depriving yourself of luxuries.

I’ll be drinking cocktails in my tww, making plans and focusing on my career. This baby will happen when it happens and I figure the more I try to force it to fall into a plan the more unhappy I’ll be! X

I have to admit (maybe it will change) but i am so so relaxed this cycle almost forgotten its 'near time'. im think same, cant force a baby there, if we all could we would! i dont know if i can see myself with a baby or not.. its one of them things you want but can never invisage going thru if i make sense!?
i think if theres proble with us & ttc we will know end april/may. husband has his sperm stuff march and took a month so by that theory my tube checks should be done by May!
i dont know what other tests they do if they all come back normal but... im kinda hoping theres a easily fixed problem

Hi ladies,
Sorry I’m a bit quite on here at the moment but trying to take a back seat and be as relaxed as possible (she says haha).

Went to the GP to mention my abnormal cycle lengths varying from 28-34 and hardly ever being the same! GP told me not to worry as I had been on my pill for 15 years and my body is still trying to figure out what’s natural for it.

GP also reassured me that 80% of women get pregnant in 12 months, then of the 20% who don’t, a further 10% get pregnant in the next 6 months so you should have a 90% chance of conceiving in 18 months. I’m currently on month 9 so half way there and the odds are in my favour (that’s the way I like to look at it anyway).

Thought I’d share this just to remind us all it can happen and statistics say it will happen, we just need to be patient. Easier said than done I know!! Xx

My cycle is wack!! Please help!! My temps this AM have soared like soared high.. if this is correct ive ovulated cd:7 this just never ever happens.. ever! I took one temp at cd:7 which was 97.77 (normal) one cd:8 98.18 (high side not unheard of) this am cd:9 98.58 u what!?!?
I havent even started my opk testing and i have only just started temping its that early.. please help! What does this mean? Am i overdoing supplements and pushing O forward? I mean its pretty extreme to go from cd:16 to cd:7 so i am v v concerned..

My clearblue opk - O , normal
My onestep a is it , isnt it positive? I mean im sooo glad i have this onestep this morning!!!!!

Maybe it was just an odd temperature? You Could have just been a bit fidgety before you woke up and increased your temp maybe? I would keep temping and using opks and see if you get a peak/temp rise later to rule out an oddity x

Cd15 and still an empty circle on the opk. I don’t know about anyone else but I find empty circles so infuriating... not even gearing up to ovulate this month so I think it will be a long one, I haven’t had a long cycle (65 days plus) for 3 cycles now so I guess I am due one

Yeh first clear blue opk taken this cycle..

If i have ovulated tho theres no way id get a positive right? I mean i never take them after i know ive O and even then i get a negative before i O usually with Onestep anyway?

Its weird cause for me, theyve been good, i mean i only added clearblue to see if they picked anything up earlier perhaps etc then Onestep but they r just really 2 opposites this morning. Right now im so pleased i use Onestep but also v confused by Onestep as if i have ovulated then.. wot the hell why u positive this never happens and i dunno v confused & worried. Im wondering if im overdoing supplements.

I wouldn't look to much into this. Its actually quite common for your body to 'gear' up for ovulation but not actually happen and i think this is what the cheap opk has picked up.
I would go by your clear blue opk and just carry on testing with the clear blue until you get your solid smiley.

Oh no I hope you just jump straight to a solid like i did this cycle. It cuts out the flashing and the waiting. Fingers crossed Ov hurries up for you x

For today im dropping EPO , Vitamin E. Incase i have ovulated. But overal its v confusing as if i have ovulated as temps show.. why is OnestepPositive? I never get + after O? Clearblue is a very clear O/Negative which would be more accurate IF i have ovulated.
I think if i have confirmed O tomorrow i will ring doctors Monday about this as its just never happened before & i feel worrying. I will also tell them supplements i am on & see if theres any they say outright No to. Too early to worry i guess, it just is very conflicting.. + opk onestep, neg clear blue, a temp thats a normal oh i have O temp. All very conflicting & confusing.

I should also add i have never had a positive opk this early ever! Hense why i dont usually test till cd:10 +

You always get a O on first day. It’s takikg a baseline. I usually get 2 days o then a few days up till 6 days flashing smiley then the static smiley. The month I fell pregnant I never got a static so don’t worry.
The one step is still a negative although it shows 2 lines. I would say your on track and not to worry x

i agree with you Lollypop. i have just looked at the cheap opk and it is still negative. Its not as dark at the control line.

Just been to doctors. My 21day bloods at progesterone at 70. I’m over the moon as was concerned my ages was a factor. (I’m 39)
He said as another woman has said earlier that around 90 percent get pregnant in 12 months and the 10 percent that don’t get pregnant in the next 6 months. He also said to delete apps and not do opk’s as he feels it will be adding more stress. So long as we are having regular sex we should be fine. X

On CD6 and this should be my last day of AF! Started temping today for the first time and have logged in fertility friend, OPKs have also arrived so will start using those from CD10. Feel very prepared this cycle and hopefully this will be our lucky month

regards to opk. its defo same colour line unfortunately, just not picturing as well as it looks, but ya know only tomorrows test and tomorrows temps will tell. worst case ive ovulated super duper early and ill have to consult doctors. (worst case)
