**March 2012 Babies**

I'm currently waiting for a cup of RLT to cool down. Heard it's nice when drank cold with lots of ice.
I don't want to give up on it just yet, but I really think it's disgusting. Half a cup last night literally made me feel nauseous

Today and yesterday I've felt like I'm waddling a bit more when I walk! I can't seem to control it, it's like I go from side to side when I walk haha, it's strange!
And today for the first time in a long time, I've had a few kicks very high up, so I'm praying this means LO is trying to go head down!! and I was convinced my bump was a bit smaller this morning. OH and mum couldn't see it though

I've been waddling quite a bit recently so annoying I feel like a duck! Haha my pelvis has been hurting today I can feel baby is really low and having a proper look around not comfortable at all!

Just wondering ladies how much you have bought your LO and what sizes? I was sorting through stuff to see what else I need and so far this is what I've got...

Bodysuits-short sleeve
Newborn-14
0-3months- 17
3-6 months - 17
6-9 months-10

Long sleeve 0-3 months - 3

Sleep suits-5 NB 1 0-3 months

tops 2 @ 0-3 months
Jeans 0-3 months

I think I'm set for bodysuits but before I go out and spend money on outfits i thought I'd check in and see how much you have bought. should probably get some more sleep suits too. And are your buying cardigans and jackets? Ah...never thought I'd be so confused about clothes!

Sounds like you're sorted with the bodysuits definately haha!

I can't even go and count what I've got of everything, but I know it's a lot! Whenever I'm out shopping I end up worrying 'Oh have I bought enough of these' but when I go through all the things, I realise I've got loads!

Bodysuits, scratch mittens, hats, gloves, jumpers, tops, bootees, shoes, jackets, jogging bottoms, jeans, sleepsuits.. allsorts!

I think me and baby will be going clothes shopping tomoz! :) I need more "normal" clothes. Like tops and bottoms. I don't know what size to get....newborn or straight to 0-3?

Hmmm.. think it varies doesn't it. Both really if you can afford it. A lot of newborn stuff is really small though - depends where you shop for it, so I always look at the weight of it. Like George at Asda's newborn stuff is up to 9lbs which is alright, but I think Mothercares is only about 7.5lbs (don't quote me on this).

Ok thanks will have a look at the weight more than anything then! Woop whoop shopping tomoz...now to go and talk lovely to the OH to give me some money...(i do have money of my own but it's so much nicer when I get to spend money that's not mine!) :)

i think i will get the most use out of the long sleeved sleepsuits so i have mostly those in the things i bought but got lots of outfits and vests etc off my friend

somehow iv managed to end up with billions of long sleev no leg vests so think i need to get poor baby some bottoms lol

I feel soooooooooooo much better today! I went and bought baby loads of outfits, sleepsuits and bottoms! I am now officially happy he has enough clothes! :)

Also got a bouncer and play gym. Now just need car seat and officially feel prepared! :) (also having a house/more space would be helpful too) :)

I want to get a play gym for LO. Got a swing for him already, one of those battery operated ones that does it automatically!

What play gym did you get?

I bought 3 new sleepsuits today  So I think I'm getting sorted as well:)

I have a lot of heartburn these days - anyone else??? It's like it has increased!

yep esperanza, my heartburn is a killer at the moment :( going through alot of gaviscon.

I ordered our pram today at last :) yay! its being delivered on the 1st March :) glad thats one thing off the list, dont have that much more to get now as i'm not going crazy buying things.

i caved and made the doctor give me a months supply of omeprazole so im making that last by taking 1 every other day lol. no more heartburn for me!

Heartburn has thankfully eased for me. Although I keep feeling acid in my throat if I lay down for a long time and after certain meals. Can cope with that though

These toilet trips are pretty annoying now though!

Have you picked yours yet?

I'm finding the gaviscon liquid much better than tablets, i have a constant burn and acid taste in the back of my throat. You are right though our babies must be getting much bigger and causing all this heartburn :)
