Makes it worth it when you see it on the scales. Have you measured yourself? I didn't from the start, wished I had as seeing those inches disappear is equally satisfying!
Hows the Natalie workout?? I do about 40k a week on a crosstrainer and I'm getting a little bored now! I used to do Davinas 30 minute workout, but that got boring too!
