Well done on your 3lbs :cheer: :cheer: Makes it worth it when you see it on the scales. Have you measured yourself? I didn't from the start, wished I had as seeing those inches disappear is equally satisfying! :cheer:

Hows the Natalie workout?? I do about 40k a week on a crosstrainer and I'm getting a little bored now! I used to do Davinas 30 minute workout, but that got boring too!

I weighed myself today and I had lost.....................nuthing. Not a bloody thing. Ive been killing myself at the gym this week.. Almost literally (tripped over my yoga mat in the car park and landed on my face :rotfl: )

claire we usually have take away on a friday i have
boiled rice free on sw green plan
chicken chow mein half portion works out about 5 sins by the weight
portion of curry sauce about 6 sins
so you can still have take away just be careful what you choose xxxxx

i love kfc twisters but they are about 28 sins :shock: so now we stick to chinese :D

I'm still here :) Got my weigh in on Friday. I've been good all week, apart from today................I had a pizza hut buffett for my lunch :oops: :oops: But been exercising loads so think all will be fine, fingers crossed!

Good job girls your doign excellent and i agree no weight is better then putting on.
When do you girls usually fit your exercise in?
I do mine 3 days a week and durign the day when kids are awake but then i feel guiltya s Kadyn starts to fuss .
Kiara is too cute though she tries to copy me until she gets bored and walks away :lol:

Ill have to check in here more often i just weighed myself at the doctor yesterday and lost 2 more pounds !
Ill have to actually buy a scale i guess so i can weigh weekly.

Lost 2lbs this week!!!

I don't do any exercise :oops: We bought a treadmill b4 Xmas and only used it once lol. Will have to make the effort :)

Saulino, I go on my crosstrainer most mornings (weekdays) when Dan has his nap. It takes me 30mins to do 6km so as long as he doesn't wake up thats what I always aim for. Then a couple of nights in the week when OH gets home I do another 30mins, normaly while I'm watching 'enders!!
I've never excercised in my life and even now I can't believe I can do 6km no probs!! When I started around late August I could only do 1km each time. I'm trying to do a 10km once a week, but I've only done it once about 8 weeks ago. It took 55mins and was a killer................think I'll leave it a while before I do it again!!!

Misslarue - I wouldnt worry so much about the pound as you weight is usually give or take a few pounds ! sounds like your doing great though with your exercising. :)

well done ladies keep up the good work, and misslarue dont worry about 1lb, its nothing :hug: I've been to gym twice so far this week and just been in sauna and steam room...its fab, so relaxing, will deffo be going in there again :lol: :wink:

as for me being so good :oops: had a really naughty chinese last night and doorstep white toast with butter and cheese the day before :rotfl: so it will be me this week that puts on weight am going to try and be excellent the rest of the week and try and limit the damage :pray:

well today was my weigh in day...i've lost 2lb :cheer: i'm really happy with that because ive been abit naughty and had a few treats :oops: Oh well i'll have to try harder this week :cheer:
 
hey all.

i know its a bit late joining you guys but i really want to loose some weight before my wedding in 3 months or so!

I weight myself today and i am 11 stone, pre preg weight is 9.5...

i know i can do it...
