nicki have you tried slimming club? similar to weight watchers but you don't have to weigh food... you get a list of foods you must eat every day - like 1/2 pint of semi milk, so many slices of bread, cereal etc! then you get to pick a red day (meat) or green day (pasta, potatoes etc) i lost a bit of weight doing it... but like you i did the atkins and lost loads.. but as you say! it all goes back on... i'm going to give weight watchers a go... might even just do my own diet! cut out crap, cereal and hard boiled egg whites for breakfast (not in same bowl) eat my main meal at lunch time (lots of fish or chicken with veg) and then just fruit and yogurt in the evening... always works for me.
