We booked to go to docs Monday but we aren't keen on using our surgery as they wrote us off in the start..but waiting to call our fertility clinic as thinking of getting private blood test to get results same day. Gonna book in early scan too. Prob in 2-3 weeks. Wanna make sure everything tip top as early as possible..already getting symptoms. Feeling queasy.. Sensitive smells, done another test this morning so little 'dot' is staying firmly in place xxx

Thanks clairabella do u know if u get ur period on a med fet? Its not here yet had loads of pains which I got with bfp. DH wants to wait till sun to test again so we know for absolute def so will let u all know. Not holding out much hope tho but we shall c cos on my bfp it was neg the night before etd but that was night urine this was emu but 48 hours before so I suppose still hope x

Random question girls as can't get through to the clinic I'm now cd7 and due to start the progynova (I think that's the one) on CD21 does that mean that from now and until then we hubby and I have to "be careful" or abstain ??? Xxx

I haven't been on for a while girls! After getting ohss in June with Ivf I had to postpone my ET. We had FET on Sunday and I have just gotten my BFP. After 3.5 years of trying and never having a hint of a line I just wanted to let you guys know miracles can happen. I have a unicornuate uterus and used to read people's success stories and think it would never be me but it can happen and it will happen for you all. It's still early days as only 5dp5dt but just wanted to say thanks as you guys have picked me up when I'm down on many occasions xxxx

FBTTN8079, I was wondering the same thing about being careful - although not likely to happen for us as my periods are so erratic!

I was meant to be starting on norethisterone yesterday but period started on Thursday so I'm now not starting on it till 22nd October and everything has been but back 2 weeks...typical of us!

So do the drugs you take on cd21 shut your cycle down? I would be cautious as on the off chance a miracle happened I'm assuming the drugs would be a bad thing and cd21 is too soon to test to check...I guess you should call the clinic and check xx

Just got our Day 3 update! All 15 are still growing! We have 1 Grade 1, 2 Grade 1 1/2, 10 Grade 2 and the rest lower grade. I think that's what she said, she had a really strong accent! Bit confused cos last time we had 4 with 8 or 9 cells and 2 with 7 or 8 cells but they didn't say what grades. I googled it and it says that grades 1 & 2 can both have enough cells but 1s are perfect whereas 2s are more fragmented.
So its fairly good news but we have to be prepared that quality probably isn't on our side. It's good to know now I suppose. You never know, that 1 good one might make it!

I wish u all the luck blueflower and grade 1 and 2 r both deemed excellent so don't worry atall. Its a bfn for me im just so confused by it as they were perfect day 4 embryos and im 28 with no known problems. Anyway im having abit of time awsy from the forum and ivf until jan when we will have another fet but good luck to everyone xxx

Thanks for that Gemma. Does anyone know if they freeze grade 2 embryos?
