I'm waiting to start my fet, they couldn't fit it in this month as my dates fall when they're closed
So Jan 9th I'm due for af and will be starting medication for the fet

Our only frozen embryo and feels like last chance

Hi Millie, I know it's difficult but I'd echo what May says... From what I recall you're still pretty young, and the fact you got more than one embryo to freeze is massively positive. Out of 5 ivf round I never had anything to freeze, but I still managed to get a baby (the only time embryologists told me I had a good embryo - the fact you have had multiple in this stage surely means you can do it! Just a question of when xxx )

I only had 1 frozen. I know it's still better than none.. just hard to know there is no more chances after this.
It sucks that the 12 eggs they originally got left us only down to 2. 1 fresh and 1 frozen.. both top grade.

Doesn't thawing reduce quality too?


It's so hard to be positive because even if this works I'm scared it will just end in mc

Hi may_lin , I’m 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant with baby no 1. So fingers crossed my plans are to continue growing this baby or babies for another 8 months

Went for the sonogram yesterday and there are TWO gestational sac.... Almost cried when i know that... Hopefully my 2 dearlies can continue to grow and by pass 3mths period... Currently i am 5weeks 2 days so excited for the next sonogram this coming sat and fingers crossed....

That’s great news may_lin . Why are you having a scan so early? I thought you had to wait at least until week 6/7?

I really have the best presents from Santa!!! but however as you know have to pass through 3mths at least to stable this pregnancy... So lots of praying now until then!!!!

Wow twins may! That's great. Make sure they're checking your progesterone levels to keep things progressing well, your body needs all the vitamins and hormones it can get x

Dear all

Update about myself after disappearing for so long having lots of scans to confirm this pregnancy... At this moment there are confirmed two gestational sac with visible yolk sac!!! Two days ago I have also confirm two heartbeat for the twinnies!!! Was overjoyed and cried after hearing their heartbeat was okay!!! More scans to come also and of course more worries along the way as well!!! I hope you ladies are okay and doing well!!! Baby dust for all of you this special year!!! Good news will follow your way too!!!

This month is my donor egg cycle at Serum, my period started last Friday bang on time and my donor has started her meds. I have a lining scan on 18th and hoping for transfer 3 or 4 days later if all is going well. So excited to finally be able to do it.

Syd that is amazing news, I hope everything goes well at Serum and you finally get your rainbow baby.

There isn't much to report with me, I took the Serum antibiotics, but ever since that my cycles have been odd, the one before I had not a strong positive opk, lots ewcm, then a week later my body must of tried to ovulate again and I had a strong opk, more ewcm, but we missed it as my OH couldn't get to me and kids at school I couldn't drive up to him ��, period was a week late too.This last cycle has been odd as well, my opk was later and no where near as positive as it usually is, it took ages to develop and wasn't as dark as the control line. Usually my positive show straight away and the test line is much darker than the control. I honestly don't know what is going on, I have a funny feeling I am starting menopause. Me and OH got our hopes up that it would happen straight after the antibiotics but both of us are losing hope. I've only caught pregnant once in 3yrs a chemical, and that was 16 months ago now. I think we are both getting near giving up, it's drained us completely and still living 260 miles apart makes it so difficult to get the timing right to catch ovulation. xx
